Do not go there. Scary neighborhood!
Positives: None.
Negatives: The price should be cheaper.

I average staying out 3 nights a week. Always satisfied. In five years this is only the second really unsatisfactory experience. You should take this off your program or rate it as a -1 not a 2 and a half.
Positives: Nothing.
Negatives: Dirty, foul order, no amenities.

Over all Good for the price and my personal need.
Positives: Location was on Main strip to all accommodation.
Negatives: It was kind of an undesirable hood (Drug rehab center near by and Ladies of the night.

This inn has reasonable price in my opinion, there is no place you see. This hotel is good to stay 1 or 2 day...
Positives: Kind people.
Negatives: Little small.

An older facility in a good location. Overall appearance was clean and reasonably well kept. It was quiet and seemed safe. The pool was clean but the area was littered with debris. A microwave and refrigerator were available for a reasonable fee.
Positives: Friendly and helpful staff/owners.
Negatives: Beds are hard as a rock.

Negatives: No vending machines!

Very good for the price. I think I got a very good deal!! Thanks!
Positives: Everything worked (TV, coffee maker, etc.) and was very clean!
Negatives: The car wash nearby was a little noisy.

Good location with simple amenities. Mostly quiet throughout the night. Beds were a little uncomfortable and the bathroom smelled of smoke. Remind you, it was a non-smoking room. If you are looking to get a cheap stay without the desires of all the amenities, this would be a good choice. Free breakfast consists of only juice, tea and coffee.
Positives: Staff was kind and helpful.
Negatives: Non-smoking room smelled of smoke and toilet constantly kept running.

It was run down property in not the safest part of town.
Positives: Nothing.
Negatives: This is the worst hotel that I have ever stayed.

There is a bar and grill that separates the Travelodge from the main street Blackstone. It draws a young rowdy crowd. Some of the other guests staying at the Travelodge seemed to be gang types also (low rider cars, loud rap music, etc). The management was very polite. The maid service was good, too. Every thing was fine with this hotel stay except for the safety factor.
Positives: The room was nice. It seemed like it had been recently renovated.
Negatives: Like many parts of Fresno, this area did not seem safe. Loud music coming out of cars in an adjacent parking lot, .gang type people maybe.

Clean, neat, hard beds, and very attentive desk personal.
Positives: Quiet, clean, helpful. They cleaned daily without bothering my items.
Negatives: I liked everything except that the water was running in another room forever, desk took care of it.

This hotel is really bad. It's dirty, blankets with cigarette holes. Roaches crawling in the sink, bathroom. The smell is pretty bad. I am a businessman and I do a lot of traveling. I am really disappointed because i always book my hotel. It's the first time a got this really bad hotel.
Positives: Nothing.
Negatives: Its dirty, roaches crawling, bad smell, dirty blanket,

This has been my first real disappointment with the hotel. The hotel was old, run down with a filthy carpet, thread bare sheets, towels and comforter. The chairs were so dirty that we could not use them. Our window did not have a lock on it and worse, the plastic pull tabs on the screen faced the outside. Our room was next to the stairs so everyone with a room upstairs would have to pass by our room. All someone needed to do was to lift up the screen tabs and step right in. An obscene phone call in the middle of the night did not make us feel any safer about the cliental. The staff was friendly and accommodating. No complaints there.
Positives: Close to freeway.
Negatives: Old and run down.

Basic. Very basic.
Positives: Quiet enough
Negatives: Desk person gave wrong directions to Sequoia Park and cost me 2 hours of driving time.

It served its purpose of allowing us to catch a few hours sleep before we headed to Sacramento.
Positives: It was an old fashioned hotel.
Negatives: It was an old fashioned Hotel.

If price and location are important to you, this works. If you expect a little more, like irons and boards in room, 24-hour ice and vending and alarm clocks, then look at La Quinta Inn on Tulare. It's comparable in price and location but, in my opinion, a better value.
Positives: It was very near the highway, close to shopping and fit my budget.
Negatives: No irons or boards in rooms and ice was in a building withouth 24 hour access.

This hotel was terrible and I would not recommend it to anyone that would be staying in the Fresno area. The bathroom had problems with it and the room stunk.
Positives: I liked the price of the stay
Negatives: The hotel was dirty. It smelled like smoke and the manager called me and told me I had to check out a day early. I was not pleased at all.
