This hotel was near a shopping center. Close to a freeway entrance, but quiet. You could not hear the freeway noise. Staff was helpful. Restaurants in the area all closed fairly early. Rooms were well decorated and adequate for needs. We went to get away for a few days, and this was the perfect place. We will be back again to this hotel.
Positives: Open, spacious entry. Rooms clean and comfortable. Nice bathroom with good counter space.
Negatives: No continental breakfast. Restaurants all closed early, by 9:00 pm.

I was very impressed with the staff here. One evening, I was running very late, needed to stop by my room, then make an important dinner engagement in Sacramento (to which I still needed to research directions). Maurine was kind enough to suggest that I go on to my room and SHE would get directions for me. By the time I came down, she had them printed & ready to go. As a result, I was not only on time, but early! Thanks for your excellent service!

This hotel was characterized by its personnel. Everyone was extremely friendly and helpful. Jessica, the front desk clerk, was delightful. I felt very at home.
Positives: The front desk person was really friendly and helpful. I also liked the cookies at the desk.
