I would stay at a different hotel if I travel to Fallbrook again.

Positives: Friendly staff.

Negatives: Air condition unit not good.

This place was horrible, unless you like a single-story live-in MOTEL with beer drinking lawn chair sitting delinquents outside open motel room doors and rooms that should rent by the hour in downtown Toledo that is. We canceled our reservation after seeing the establishment and had to contact an 800 number in order to avoid a fee. There are NO hotels in this town where I would stay.
