Housekeeping and maintenance needs to be sure all items are in working order before reassigning the room.
Positives: Easy to get to.
Negatives: I believe the room I was assigned to had not been occupied for some time.

Not the cleanest needed painting and dirty in corners and the windows everywhere need to be professionally cleaned!
Positives: We were only there the 2 nights late each time, but the one thing I liked was the separate living/TV room.
Negatives: It definitely needs to be updated!

The location was good but there was some stains on the blanket that would have come out if it had been washed. The room was small and there was a lot of noise through out the night. If you stay in this hotel make sure your room is not close to any exits, elevators or stairs due to a lot of traffic coming and going.
Positives: Close location to I-15.
Negatives: Stains on the blanket and small room.

The main lobby is the deadliest in Vegas due to all of the smoke.

Everything met our expectations. Service was friendly, room was clean, and hotel was quiet. We were very happy with what we got for the price.
Positives: It was clean and in a good location for us.
Negatives: The room had two double beds. I would have preferred two queens, but we made due.

Grounds were nice, but some trees were dying, sidewalks chipped in places. Room had a lot of black, which I dislike. Pool not heated, couldn't find hot tubs.

I am not a routine traveler, but found this hotel quite nice. Suite was very clean. Very satisfied with our stay.

After the non-smoking issue was resolved, Our stay was wonderful. Very friendly staff and clean comfortable rooms.

We have stayed here before and truly enjoyed our stay. Therefore we returned. Have had friendly service at front desk, with maid, maintenance crew. Definitely on the top of the list for our future choices. Thank you all for a great stay!
Positives: Great location, near Mall, great weather in SD, feels safe, friendly staff, responded to our request for roll away, extra towel.
