It overall is clean, friendly and for our purposes very well located. near our son, the beach, downtown encinitas/restaurants galore, easy access to freeway if needed and 25 minutes or less to the airport. Continental breakfast is great, especially the waffles. Microwave in room would be a nice addition.

Positives: The included breakfast is great.

Negatives: Pool area around tables was not clean.
