I arrived to that hotel around 15:30, they informed me that they do not have any room for me I had to wait for another hour. I came back still nothing. So I decided to go on with my vacation and I took my daughter and wife for sightseeing. We arrived back around 23:00 pm. They booked us in a single bed room with smoking area. The next day They gave away our room. It was a computer mistake imagine you are walking to your room and another couple were there. The hotel was over booked. People were every where laying around. They had many tourist group. They charge for their parking, but it is not that safe since the lot doesn't have any lock plus It was full, I had to go bye the gasstaion.
Positives: Nothing to like Unfriendly staff. They were overbooked. They gave away my room to someone else. Even though I had my language in that room.
Negatives: They had only one person on the front desk. They were over booked. They refused to give us the breakfast voucher .

This hotel smells, the non-smoking room smells like smoking room. It was so noisy at night, I<BR/> woke up at 12am, 2am, and 4am, basically no sleep at all. You can hear the next door people taking a shower, knocking at door. It was a horrified trip! I will never ever choose Hacienda!

I like the lay out of the hotel. You have different setting that can take you to a different state of mind. It has a excellent bar, dance floor and restaurant within hotel.
Positives: I like the location, parking, shops around the area and restaurants.
Negatives: It has the worst internet service I have experienced in a very long time. It's not good for business travelers that has to stay connected.

Older hotel could haver better insulated walls (couple next door were not getting along), but was kept clean and staff was helpful. Security handled the noise situation from the room next door within 20 minutes.
Positives: Location, airport pick-up & refrigerator in the room.
Negatives: Paint peeling and lack of electrical outlet in rooms.

Nice in every way except for the AC not working properly. Restaurants in hotel were poor at best. I wouldn't stay there again because the AC wasn't working well. There's no excuse for bad AC in LA.

The location of the hotel is good, yet the airport shuttle bus service is not as good as I expected.

This is a old hotel my room was small but good for an overnight stay to connect to flights, shuttle on time and good, good food choices all around, not sure it is a tourist hotel.

For the price the room was nice and clean. Disappointed that they did not have a continental breakfast, they only offered free water in the lobby. Parking was easy, next to the hotel, well lit and the 5 dollars a day was okay too.
Positives: Clean, priced right parking and close restaurants.
Negatives: Some of the entry ways were dark and cold.

You'll also love how quiet it is, if you love to sleep in late like we do. Apart from the courtyard and the architecture of the front building, it is, however, not as Mexican as the name suggests. When we arrived, my fiancee and I were so excited to see a club there and were prepared to go salsa dancing, only to learn that it was a swing dancing. The DJ was cool, though, and the music was great. We fun lampooning the old people on the dance floor. The bartender was a great old guy from Jalisco. Viva Mexico!
Positives: It was quiet and good for sleep, and they extended our check out by 2 hours.
Negatives: Elevator inspections in the South Tower not current. Some exercise machines were broken for more than two days.

Very close to LAX, Los Angeles, Long Beach and the small beach towns. A very reasonable priced place to stay while touring the area. Easy connections to anywhere in the LA area. Staff was very helpful and friendly.
Positives: Recently remodeled Spanish style hotel. Beautiful courtyards. Beautiful public areas.
Negatives: The rooms smell fine, but the lower tower hallway smells of chemical cleaners.

This hotel was convenient for what I wanted to do and that was catch an early flight out of LAX.
