We were very comfortable and would recommend Best Western Plus to our friends and family.
Positives: Maid service was excellent. Continental breakfast was adequate.
Negatives: Individual air conditioners were noisy overnight.

The suites have mini kitchens in them and creating lunches or dinners is not a problem. The hotel staff is courteous and very knowledgeable of the area. It is just far enough out of the bay area to get a great low price on the rooms, which by the way, were in 'like new' condition!

Check in staff was not to accommodating regarding our surprise of the $15 non- refundable deposit for our well behaved pet. Total was not what we were willing to pay happily, we felt it was a bait and switch situation having to come up with $15 extra bucks.
Positives: The location was excellent pertaining to our travels.
Negatives: The hotel unexpectedly charged us a $15 non refundable deposit for the pet
