Very nice lobby. Staff was very friendly. In the lobby there is a coffee bar serving Star bucks coffee. There is also a bar and a restaurant. I cannot comment on the restaurant since I did not eat there but we did have a drink at the bar. Overnight self parking is a total ripoff, $21; valet parking $24. We arrived on a Friday and mentioned that we would be getting Free. We were informed that the free breakfast Only Takes place, Monday through Friday. Don't expect breakfast on the weekends. Our room was very spacious, good quality mattresses and nice linens. The rooms are somewhat old, popcorn ceilings. Nice flat screen TV until you turn it on, picture looked horrible. No mini fridge. Lots of wires behind and between the TV dresser and the table, looks ugly. Bathroom was way too small, very small tub. I happen to be in a wheelchair, when I called them the night before they said they could give me a wheelchair accessible room but they only have wheelchair accessible rooms with King beds. So, if you happen the be in a wheelchair and need an accessible room don't bring your kids, unless you want to book a separate room for them. The pool looks much bigger on the pictures. It's OK but not great. No pool service, no pool bar. All in all the place was OK, I do not consider this place a four-star hotel though and I would not recommend to others or stay in this hotel again. By the way, a roll away bed fits well in your room but will cost you $14 per night.
Positives: The lobby, elevators are gorgeous. The room itself was very spacious... comfortable beds, nice linens.
Negatives: Rooms are clean but old, television was low quality, bathroom way too small, no mini fridge, and small pool.

Decent business hotel for short stays with attentive staff and appears to have a responsive customer service on a tight operating budget on manpower/staffing ratio no actual concierge on duty. But falls short of 4star deluxe. Bed quality is less than westin west coast plaza across the overpass, but does have lumpy queen sized beds as standard in regular rooms.Room service was prompt and open later than westins and fairmount in Costa Mesa,Ca.
Positives: Prompt service by front desk requestion toiletries and towels. The hotel has 2 queen sized beds in a standard room.
Negatives: Quality of bed and linen does not match westin hotels, even though they claim to have special beddings.

Hotel room look outdated. Overnight parking is more expensive than the Westin hotel in the same area.
Positives: Easy access to freeway and the airport. close to shopping mall.
Negatives: Hotel room looks old and outdated.

Hotel has a good location and the rooms are small, but comfortable. The rooms were clean, but clearly need updating. Plumbing fixtures were very old and difficult to operate.
Positives: Location was great. Lobby areas were very nice. Had a great workout facility.
Negatives: Rooms are a bit dated. Parking is expensive.

Very nice and clean hotel. Accommodations were great. Used the computers they had in the lobby to use the internet to print out a ticket online. Not that expensive to use.
Positives: Very clean. Got a great deal using the bidding.
Negatives: Overpriced parking. Parking was about the 20% of my room cost!

Excellent location but pricey parking. No other options but to park at hotel.
Positives: Clean
Negatives: Parking was $21 each day and internet was another $14 each day.

The hotel is very nice. The beds are comfortable, and the rooms are roomy. Parking is high $21 day, and WiFi is expensive $14 for 24 hours. The only complaint is that room did not have a refrigerator, and the ice machine was broken for 2 days. One day had to go up to 5th floor for ice, (2-4 were broken or out of ice). Great bargain booked through Priceline.
Positives: Clean, conveniently located by highway, and several restaurants close by.
Negatives: Parking and WiFi charges are too high.

The hotel met our expectations, it was comfortable for my 5 yr old and 12 yr old. We enjoyed the pool, and had a nice view from our room, even though you are surrounded by businesses and traffic once you are inside the hotel you are completely unaware of that aspect. The staff was helpful, and there were nice ammenities
Positives: The hotel was very clean, I liked thes starbucks and little store, We had a nice view too.
Negatives: I did not like the cost of parking, no need, it is a safe neighborhood, and I did not like that the restaurant closes during a portion of the day.

A surprisingly quiet and large room with convenient double bathroom vanities. Bed quite soft but comfortable. Same with pillows. Staff friendly and efficient. Food nicely prepared and room service timely. Convenient coffee bar with fresh pastries was available in the a.m. The gym was well-appointed. Pool and spa looked inviting as well. Decor while not entirely outdated is definitely looking worn around the edges. Carpeting and upholstery was a bit off-putting due to staining and visible filth. Hallways left a poor first impression being overly warm, musty smelling with dirty, stained and buckled carpeting.
Positives: Very quiet and large rooms with double bathroom vanities.
Negatives: Dirty, buckled carpeting. Humid, warm, dank hallways.

The staff is very friendly; the rooms are comfortable; good lighting in the bathroom; comfortable beds and pillows. The public spaces are terrible, though, and I hate seeing room service dishes in the hallway, especially when I've seen them both when I checked in and when I checked out. Thee parking is outrageously expensive. I love having the Starbucks in the lobby, especially because it opens at 5:30.
Positives: Starbucks in the lobby; comfortable beds.
Negatives: It's so worn down; room service dishes in the hallway; expensive parking.

This was no doubt the cleanest hotel I have ever stayed in! I would highly recommend this hotel and I would highly recommend Priceline. This was my first experience with Priceline and I loved it!
Positives: Very clean hotel!
Negatives: Parking was expensive! and nowhere else to park.

The additional costs of parking and internet. After you add those to the room price and tax, you are left wondering if you got a good deal.
Positives: Nice room, good location.
Negatives: Parking is expensive.

The shower was very very old. I had to actually use my muscle power to start the shower and stop shower. That was really turn off. And no ventilation.

The hotel was nice and the staff was wonderful, too bad. I was not planning on that and it was not disclosed that parking was not included.
Positives: The staff was wonderful, so nice and helpful.
Negatives: The fact parking cost an extra $20 above and beyond my room charge.

The hotel is outstanding in a great location and, I would highly recommend it for the business traveler on an expense account. As a self employed business traveler, the added cost for parking and business center use almost doubled the actual cost of the room.
Positives: The comfort of the room and beds as well as the informative staff.
Negatives: Added costs. Had to use bellman, $20 for parking + $10 for bus center and
