Starting at Going SOUTH towards beach- Take 55 South from 405 or 5 freeway Exit 22nd and Victoria off ramp from the 55 freeway. When you exit, you will be on Newport Blvd. Stay on Newort Blvd. Third traffic light on Newport Blvd is Bay St. Turn right and you will see us next to ARCO Gas Station. Going NORTH away from Beach- Take 55 North/Newport Bvld North from Pacific Coast Highway. After 19th street, stay on right lane, do not enter 55 freeway. Next traffic light is Bay St. Turn left and you will see us next to ARCO Gas Station.
