Top notch hotel.

Positives: Nice lounge, outdoor fountain, 3 nice pianos in common areas.

Negatives: $20 to park. Ok, given the great Priceline room price, but a bit steep nonetheless.

I was a bit skeptical when our bid yielded this hotel. It is an amazing property. The location is near some great shopping and dining. It also turned out to be a great location for getting together with friends and family that live in the area. The room was nicely furnished and the bed was incredibly comfortable. We stayed here for a few days after enduring an extra long flight from Australia. A room was ready for us even though we were very early, which after 15 hours in an airline seat was extremely welcome. The staff was helpful and friendly. I cannot say enough good things about this hotel other than we finally found a southern California hotel that lives up to its star rating!

Positives: The hotel exceeded expectations - very clean, incredibly comfortable bed and great location.

Negatives: Can not think of anything.

Great hotel. Be prepared to be pampered and for $20-$28 per night for parking.

Positives: Excellent personal service.

Negatives: Parking

Perfect for business travelers. Centrally located for shopping sprees or the beach activities. Atmosphere is business like.

Positives: Centrally located for shopping and activities.

Negatives: Not very easy to have in-room dining.

Great from start to finish with only one exception. The rooms are large, the bed was super comfortable, the bathroom had plenty of counter space, a magnifying mirror, and good lighting, all the amenities were top rate, the public spaces were very attractive. But, the room service prices were nearly New York-level. Parking fees of $20 are just too high for Orange County. Otherwise, I felt I stayed at one of the best hotels Priceline had to offer.

Positives: Excellent yogurt parfait at the Grab-n-Go.

Negatives: Parking fees too high.

Nice place overall. Great Beds (and this is the point). Would go again.

Positives: Lobby presentation and flower arrangements were very nice.

Negatives: Food service was limited and inconvenient.

Great place to stay. Staff was friendly and helpful. It is close to many attractions. Rooms were very nice and clean. We would go again in a heartbeat.

Positives: Very clean rooms, great service.

Negatives: Prices in shops were quite high.

I liked the dual shower heads, the bed linens, the flat screen TV, the decor, the large window. It's a typical Westin. Our room also had a safe. Cheaper hotels give free internet; this Westin charges $12 for a 24 hour period.

Positives: Comfy beds, dual shower heads.

Negatives: $20 parking, not enough light in room, full locked fridge.

It is okay to stay there for a night or two, but not really having exciting experience.

Positives: Location.

Negatives: Hotel appears old; likely needs a remodel job.

This is an excellent hotel for the price I paid on Priceline. Room was very clean and had updated furnishings such as flat screen TV. I loved the Heavenly pillows and the mattress gave me a good night sleep. The outdoor pool has a garden and waterfall next to it which is a very nice touch. The only issue was the bathroom toilet took a long time to fill up after each flush.

Positives: Great hotel with updated amenities and beautiful pool. Staff was friendly.

Negatives: Bathroom toilet took a long time to fill the water tank after each flush.

My stay couldn't have been nicer. Friendly, helpful staff. Clean, lovely room. Comfortable bed. Flat screen TV was very nice!

Positives: The wonderful pillow top bed and lovely linens. I liked the TV station that showed nature scenes. Good room service.

Negatives: The cost of the parking $28 per day.

Positives: It was amazing. Fell in

Negatives: There was nothing bad to say. Except for having to pay for parking. $20 a night.

This was by far the best hotel we have ever stayed at! It was always clean, friendly staff, comfortable beds and great location. The only complaint I would have is that we didn't get to stay long enough!

Positives: The staff was wonderful!

Negatives: Nothing to not like!

The room was nice and newly upgraded with plush beds and linens and granite in the bathroom sit, overlooked the city but was very noisy. There were no restaurants in the building and it felt like you walked in the front door followed a narrow hallway to the elevator that lead to your room- wouldn't stay there again, was not 4 star.

Positives: Upscale.

Negatives: Boring.

Some of the staff give an impression of arrogance, mainly the front desk. If class and professionalism is what they are trying to achieve, they may want to reconsider how to go about it. Overall I enjoyed my stay.

Positives: The location and cleanliness.

Negatives: The front desk staff was not warm at all when checking in.

Positives: The beds were great and the location was perfect for where I needed to be.

I would recommend the hotel to every body I know! The staff was helpful over and above excepted. The room was very nice. I had a pool view from the 10th floor, the lights at night were beautiful. The bar area was a great place for my business meetings. In two words 'Fantastic Place'.

Positives: The room was very nice.

Negatives: Nothing.

The hotel is beautiful, and the staff is kind and competent.

Positives: I enjoyed the dishes that were available to me in the bar even though I arrived too late to eat in the restaurant.

Attractive, clean, large room with tons of down pillows and large screen TV. Easy to find, and freeway close. Nice pool and pretty waterfall. Wasn't prepared for $18 per night self-parking and $25 per night valet parking. Valet parking was worth the extra $7.00.

Positives: Nice bedding.

Negatives: Wasn't told up front it is $18 to self-park, $25 for valet parking.

The rooms were well appointed and the beds were very comfortable. However, it would seem that such a nice establishment would have a few more amenities that were free. Coffee in the lobby, room internet, etc. Beware of parking overnight at South Coast Plaza. The first night you will receive a warning citation, a second night in their lot could result in your car being towed. I happened to observe citations on the windshield of several cars in the Plaza parking lot as I took an early morning walk during our stay at the Westin, and decided it was better to pay at the Westin than chance having my car towed.

Positives: The beds were very comfortable and very friendly staff.

Negatives: As with others, I did not appreciate the parking fee.

This hotel was very beautiful, but I was nervous my children would break something, open the window and fall off the 13th floor ledge, or open something that I'd have to pay extra for, or put fingerprints on the windows. We had to pay for parking and be extra cautious the children didn't disturb the fancy hotel or people. It was definitely nice, but uncomfortable because of it.

Positives: Beautiful rooms and entry, heated pool, double headed shower, retractable clothes line in shower.

Negatives: Parking fees, internet fees, snacks and water in room fees, necessity to tip, etc. They should be included. The party next door was annoying too.
