This hotel almost makes you feel like you are at a resort. The grounds are lovely. Loved the patio, very relaxing. We would definitely stay at this hotel again when we visits our relatives in Claremont.
Positives: I liked the cleanliness of the room. The bed and pillows were very comfortable. I felt very secure.
Negatives: There isn't anything I did not like about the hotel.

Second time we have been there, was a repeat because of the beds. It felt like sleeping in a warm soft envelope.
Positives: The beds, the beds, the beds.........best night sleep in ANY hotel.
Negatives: 1st impression, was the odor of the lobby. then the same odor in the hall, and the room, not pleasant, smelt like the Hearst Castle

Perfect location for Jr. Tennis tournaments and close to the downtown Claremont and Universities. The staff (hotel & dining) were excellent. The TV is a LCD flat screen and the beds were wonderful.
Positives: Friendly staff! Nice room & excellent location!
Negatives: Nothing, everything met or exceeded expectations!

It's a nice place and the staff are fine.
Positives: I like how close it is to the Claremont Colleges.
Negatives: Costly and crowded.
