Check in staff very nice and professional. Staff in restaurant nice but not timely and didn't acknowledge patrons. Onion soup was very good.

Old hotel, half decent. They will nickel and dime you. Expect a surcharge for everything.

Needs general updating. A three plus hotel should not be serving Canyon Road as their house wine.

For the price, it was not a good choice. The Red Roof and Hilton Gardens is across the street are less expensive, no parking fees and free internet. Those are where I stay when on business. I thought since my wife was with me I would upgrade.

Positives: Location was good. Room was okay.

Negatives: Parking fee, internet fee adds 28.00/day to rate + any breakfast cost. Uses old CRT TVs. Not 4 star there.

Nice hotel. Kinda odd about paying for parking as an extra fee. Was not expecting that. The room was nice, but was shocked to be woken up by plumbing noise. I'm used to hotels having such things, but this was over the top.

Hotel was fine, however they charge $16/night for parking in the hotel lot. I would have stayed at a different hotel if I had known this.

I was extremely upset that no non-smoking rooms were available, and Priceline should not book a room unless non-smoking rooms can be offered.

The bedding was very comfortable and we had plenty of hot water and thick fluffy towels. The entire staff went above and beyond to meet our expectations.

Positives: The view of the bay was fantastic and reception was warm and friendly.

Negatives: The parking was way overpriced at sixteen dollars a night!

The room key using to enter and exit, the parking lot must have the magnetic strip facing up for function, the desk clerk never explained to the clients, so many of us got stuck at the parking gate!

Above average for a Doubletree. Close to the bay with a jogging/walking trail. We felt safe there. The area is full of only hotels and a couple of eating establishments. Great view of planes landing on 28L/R at SFO...We had a room looking over the bay right at the airport...Noise was not an issue. Didn't hear a thing. Great staff.

Positives: The hotel dining room had a wonderful wine list.

Negatives: It was a bit hard to find by car.

Great location very close to the bay front. Very romantic and relaxing. Room was nice and clean with comfortable beds and down covers! Also very roomy showers. Staff is very friendly.

Overall I had a great stay. The shuttle was on time and reliable every day. Easy access to Bart via the shuttle to the airport.

This hotel is over priced for what it offers. The parking situation is confusing, they charge 16 dollars a day to park your car at the hotel when the red roof inn across the street charges nothing and there is free public parking in that area as well. That rate is also confusing because there is overnight airport parking down the street from the hotel at about 8 dollars a night.

Positives: The staff was accommodating to my request and questions.

Negatives: 350 dollar hold on credit card for ammenities and 16 dollars a day to park at hotel, when parking is free across the street.

Safe area, 10 minutes from San Francisco Airport. Very convenient for early flights.

While the hotel had easy access to the highway, it was not at the airport even though it has the airport in it's name. The lobby is nice and useable for internet access, but you have to pay to have use of the internet in your room. The staff was sort of helpful. Verizon network phones don't work in this hotel, $16 a night to park in their lot!!!!!! and they aren't near anything. The bay is across the street and you can see some of the airport across that way, but it cost $10 more. Rooms were fair sized, but bathroom door access was cramped.They advertize a pool, but you have access to the Red Roof Hotel's pool across two parking lots, a six lane road and then with their guest and not hot tub.
