The hotel did not feel like 4 Star hotel. Parking was 20 bucks a night (umbeknownst to us). We requested a king bed... Got 2 doubles...

This was a clean business hotel that I would stay in again in the future if my travels take me to the area. My only complaint was that the room was very far from the elevator and had I known that upon check in, I would have requested another room closer to the elevators because my husband was using a cane due to suffering a heart attack and stroke and it took him a long time and (caused much frustration) to get to and from the room. Most hotels do not have this problem so I didn't think it would be an issue. I liked the deli in the lower level atrium, but the prices seemed a bit. Finally, kudos to the staff throughout the hotel who were very friendly and prompt.

Positives: Clean and large guest room, upscale toiletries and updated bathroom.

Negatives: The room was very far away from the elevator and it was difficult for my husband to make his way from the elevator to the room.

OK for airport location. Most travelers would spend only a night there and would be happy. More of a business hotel than vacation etc.

Great location next to SFO and the sports bar restaurant has a great selection of draft beers. Hotel staff were friendly and<BR/>helpful. This was originally listed as a 4-star hotel by Priceline, but I think it's more in line with the other 3.5 star hotels that Priceline has in this area.

Negatives: This was listed as a 4-star hotel, but it's really not a top-tier hotel. More like 3.5 stars.

The hotel was fine, but the quality of the outdoor pool area was a little less-nice than what I expect from Hyatt. When front desk staff was told about the gate not working with the room key, they checked the key and sent me back with a porter but about 5 other guests came to the gate and had the same issue as I did. At no point in the afternoon did anyone come out to investigate what was going on with the gate. When I tried instead to use The handicapped entrance, it was practically rusted shut. Not cool if I had really needed to use that entrance. Otherwise, the hotel was nice and as expected quality for Hyatt.

Excellent Bell Service and help with our handicap requirements. Great room with a view of the bay and good TV service. Housekeeping was excellent and didn't get in our way.

The room was very comfortable and modern. The staff was very helpful on directions to airport. Checkout was as simple as picking up the phone which made early check-out very convenient. Even though this is a large property, you did not feel crowded.

This hotel is very convenient to the airport and great for quick stays. Only downside is that, unlike many hotels, the Hyatt does not offer free wifi, either in room or in lobby. This is very irksome.

Easy access to much of the south bay area and for SFO travel. Weekend rate was great on Priceline, however, felt somewhat like a second class citizen when checked in with Priceline.com reservation. I have never experienced this before at any Hyatt. Overall, good location, but the hotel is tired and needs a renovation badly to meet Hyatt clients expectations. The rooms don't even have HD or flat screen TVs.

Negatives: The hotel shows it's age and is worn. Badly needs renovation to Hyatt standards.

The hotel is OK. The rooms are old, they have the traditional CRT TV's and the quality of the picture was pretty poor. They charged for Internet connectivity when most hotels in the area have free Internet access.

If you need access to the airport it is a great choice. However, if you intend to visit San Fransisco then you must take a 32 minute ride on the Bart, cost about $8.60 each way so a cool $20.00 to just get there and back. The hotel shuttle is great if there is not a crush of arrivals or departures. Cab to airport is $15.00 with tip. Shuttle is good and frequent, but be ready to plan and have 10-15 minute wait times. If it rains you will get soaked as the cover for the waiting area at the airport is small. the hotel is nice and except for the issue of getting into San Fransisco we would stay there again. Note it is an airport hotel, it is geared to accommodate airport issues. Lots of airline crews stay there so that should give you a clue to the emphasis of the nature of the hotel.

Positives: Close to airport BART station vis free shuttle.

Negatives: Not easy to get to downtown San Fransisco.

Good hotel on the decline due to economic times. Limited restaurant choices. Mostly geared to travelers that need an overnight stay at a good hotel. Beds are comfortable.

Expectations high and met with flowers blooming in winter landscaping, cleanliness, professional decor, all in keeping with my needs. Convenient shuttle to airport, but doublepane windows alleviate the typical noise at an airport location. Definitely will return and value at a terrific discounted price. Like being able to book the day of, as we travel on a stand-by basis and cannot make an earlier reservation.

The Hyatt Regency is a decent hotel, and it has been fairly well maintained, but it has been around for 30 years. The room was comfortable, but small. The door to the room, and access to the bathroom from the room, were rather awkward, especially in the middle of the night. The bathroom was equipped with only one bar of soap and it did not have a fan, so we had to leave the door open when showering. And the mountain view room ended up actually overlooking the roof of the lower part of the hotel and 8 lanes of traffic, although you could see a hill across the highway.

Positives: It is convenient to the freeway and downtown Burlingame.

Negatives: There was no fan in bathroom and only one bar of soap.

A very attractive hotel with an amazing lobby and atrium. The space was amazing. The rooms were great as well. The hotel is close to SFO with easy access and shuttle. The two problems were the lack of free wireless (you had to pay per day) and the lack of complimentary breakfast (the buffet looked good, but was $20 + per person).

Negatives: No free breakfast. Buffet very expensive.

Hotel was good, reasonable Internet. I wish they included parking and breakfast but they don't. Beds were very firm. We requested for a king room but got only 2 queens. They wanted more money for the view.

Very nice. Only downside is the hotel design-- rooms are along the 4 walls of the square hotel with atrium in the middle. The walk from the elevator to the room was way too long to make it convenient to hop downstairs to check out other services.

Great location, gorgeous lobby and restaurant. The room had everything you would want except a king size bed which they did not have available. There was a fitness center which is important to me. The shuttle service to the airport was excellent and great schedule. The front desk check in was easy and fast.

Negatives: The bed would have been more comfortable if it was a king like we wanted.
