The reception area was great, the service and food there was excellent. The rest of the hotel should be rated at one, or two star at best.

Positives: The location was excellent. The service and food at the reception was excellent.

Negatives: The room seemed dirty, stuffy smell, uncomfortable beds, very low ceilings in hallways, reception staff was not friendly, parking charges for guests.

Over all it was a decent stay. Front desk service, and housekeeping were very helpful, but some of the other staff members were very lazy and distracted.

Decent hotel, less than a mile from all of the Knott's Amusement Parks. Night staff was difficult to work and I was in a line with at least two others in rooms we did not ask for. It took about an hour to work it out. On premise dining for a morning buffet is not worth the 13 dollar price tag, it only had 8 items to choose from. Hotel was clean, parking was close, I just don't see the need to pay for parking.

Walls were thin, kids running around upstairs, can hear the people talking in the next room, wall paper peeling back, door handles worn & in very poor condition, beds are harder than rocks, carpet was dirty.

We have stayed at this location several times. It is a good value, clean, and comfortable. Very family friendly. Good amenities such as pool and workout room.

Positives: Convenient location to town attractions, good parking.

Negatives: No working ice machines, shabby carpeting in rooms.

We liked everything about the hotel except the discomfort of the bed. Way too hard and none of us slept very well.

Positives: We liked the convenience of the location. Close to attractions and the venue of the soccer tournament that my son played in.

Negatives: My family did not like the discomfort of the bed.

Mold in bath tub. Dirty carpets, wallpaper peeling off from walls. Bed mattress is very hard. Management is very rude.

I stayed in Knotts 3 months ago, the room in 8th floor is nice. But not this time, The first room I stayed in on 5th floor, I put my t-shirt in the sink with some soap, after 3 hours, The water in the sink is black!! I was so scared...I throw away my T-SHIRT, and call them, they sent someone to fix it.

This parking charge to bring a car is outrageous. Holiday Inn and La Quinta located nearby do not charge hotel guests. This just is a hidden room charge that should be included in the room rate, so business travelers can compare rates before picking a room.

Positives: Location.

Negatives: I was charged $10.00 to park in the hotel parking lot. It does not say anything about being charged on your web site.

After winning the bid, I opted for one extra night, but the hotel showed it as 2 separate reservations, so I had to check out and check back in. I was disappointed that the front desk would not just do it for me over the phone. They made me come downstairs, re-sign everything and get new keys for the second evening.

Very friendly staff from the moment we walked through the doors. Rooms very clean. Pool right temperature and spa nice and hot with all jets working. Very nice workout area with state of the art exercise equipment.

The hotel is very nice, however I had to go to 5 floors just to look for ice and the room I was staying had been painted and it smelled quite a bit. And had to leave<BR/>AC on all night. Overall it was okay.

As said above room seemed to not have been used in a while and things were dirty and wall had some holes. the staff was very friendly and when asked for an earlier check they were happy to let us do that.

Negatives: Room was dirty, curtains stained, blankets had an oder, had holes in walls things need be updated.
