In my own personal experience the hotel needs better assistance with their staff members. Follow through with their advertisement (it said they had continental breakfast)the staff member said otherwise. For me continental breakfast means early mornings for early risers, not from 8 till 9 am.
Positives: The price is right!
Negatives: False advertisement, checkin in time ( too late) inconvenient for travelers, unfriendly staff, missing necessities (toilet paper).

The price was great, but the accommodations were not. Guess you really do get what you pay for. I don't plan on staying there again nor will I recommend it to anyone else.
Positives: The housekeeping lady was friendly and helpful.
Negatives: The ants on the counter, the loud heater, the train that constantly went by, the traffic and

If you wish to reserve a roll out bed, be sure to reserve it ahead of time. When I arrived at the hotel and requested a roll out bed the attendant said that they were all used, but the hotel did not appear to be full on the two days I stayed there.
Positives: It was close to the freeway.
Negatives: Too close to the freeway too much noise.

Weakest hotel I've ever stayed in. Very noisy. Air conditioning with room drapes didn't work well together. Wanted extra $20 for non-smoking. The free internet worked well.
Positives: They had internet at no charge.
Negatives: Extra $20 for non-smoking. Very noisy next to freeway.

We got stuck with this motel. Looks nice outside, but first room given was not cleaned, the toilet was wrapped with the "Sanitized for your protection" label, but unwiped urine was all over the room, spots on mirror, debris on carpet. We had to wait outside for the desk clerk to quickly clean and vacuum a second room for us. We saw the Maid's log-book marked both rooms as clean.
Positives: It was close to Travelodge where we ended up staying.
Negatives: The room dirty. Toilet had "Sanitized" label wrapped, but wipable urine spots were all over room. 2nd room offered was almost as bad.

This hotel sits next to the freeway and train tracks and the train could be heard all night. The beds were uncomfortable. The staff not friendly. I was charged $20 extra for a non-smoking room and there were no double beds available, even though there were only a couple of cars in the parking lot. It doesn't match up to its rating.
Positives: Nothing.
Negatives: I was charged $20 extra for a non-smoking room.

Horrible location next to the freeway. Don't stay there if you plan on sleeping during your stay. Probably the worst night of sleep ever (or attempt)!
Positives: Nice big bathroom.
Negatives: Next to the busy 1-10 freeway.

This is the most horrible hotel in the world. They have hidden cameras around the complex and charges you hidden fees for having people over/visiting you. The faculty was very rude and it is a family owned business, so the apple doesn't fall top far from the tree. My stay was very horrible and I do no recommend this to anyone.
Positives: The people were very rude.
Negatives: The hidden fees and the hidden camera.

Positives: The location was close to where we were visiting.

This is not reflective of your star ratings, this was an old unkempt, terrible hotel with no amenities. No ironing board or iron and the one they gave me was old Nasty with burn spots all over and the ironing board was small and dirty. Staff was rude, argumentative and very inattentive.
Positives: Leaving.
Negatives: Rude staff, loud ,dumpy, old, bad area of town.

The check in was quick and simple, no long waits, The room was an unexpected surprise. We paid $55 for a cal king bedroom, that had a fridge, microwave, hair dryer, and free high speed Internet. They had irons and boards available at the office. staff was friendly and helpful. The room was clean and had new furniture and bedding. Country inn is less than 5 minutes from the outlet stores and the casino Morongo and 20 minutes from palm springs We check in for 1 day ended up staying 4 days because hotels in palm springs and at the casino Morongo were all $89 and more for one day. To all travelers looking for a great stay affordable prices, this is the hotel you are looking for.
Positives: Inexpensive room with lots of amenities.
Negatives: No shuttle to casino.

A wonderful hotel, great and friendly staff. very helpful. Closest to casino Morongo and the outlet mall very clean hotel. Rooms were exceptionally clean better than some franchise hotels that we had stayed in the past. in my opinion I could see that attention was being paid toward guest satisfaction a lovely continental breakfast, fresh coffee, three kinds of juices and assorted muffins and Danishes on my next trip to the area I know were I would be staying.
Positives: Clean and comfortable.
Negatives: n/a
