The hotel was great. It was extremely clean, the staff was very helpful, and the room was wonderful. I would definitely return again whenever I am in Bakersfield. Thank you priceline!

The hotel rooms, restaurant and bar was excellent. Without major activity at the convention center, it added the extras of quiet and accessible. The staff was friendly and accommodating.

Positives: All of the amenities (room, restaurant, bar) were excellent and contained within the facility. Parking was free.

Negatives: Downtown was less convenient for travel. Internet charges seemed excessive.

A business/convention hotel located in a remote feeling part of town. There isn't much around the hotel. The rooms are large, well designed, beautiful beds.

Positives: Free parking right next to the hotel.

Negatives: The AC in my room was not adequate for a Bakersfield summer's day. It never got below 76F.

It was very unorganized. My room was given away and was then offered a handicap room. Did not want to take that from someone who needed it but they told me they had no other room. When arrived at room, it was dirty. I had two children with me and the room had one bed. I had to sleep on two chairs put together which meant I got no sleep. I would never recommend this hotel to anyone.

Hotel is located downtown Bakersfield next to civic center. Not a great area to walk in.

The beds were comfortable, the rooms were quiet, and the staff were extremely very accommodating, helpful and friendly.

This is a nice hotel in hot Bakersfield.

I thought this hotel was very comfortable and plush. Staff was super friendly and helpful, too. The only downside was that it is located right next door to the Convention Center and on Saturday night, there was an event of some kind and parking was difficult because people who were supposed to park at the Convention Center which there was a fee for, instead parked at the hotel which left very little or no parking for hotel guests.

We were on our way to San Francisco and this was a good stopping point for over night. The room was very comfortable and the bed made for a good night sleep. A bonus was a Mexican food restaurant within walking distance.

The hotel was easily located next to the convention center and check in was fast. A key was needed to access the elevator and another guest showed us a trick to get it to work. The room was inviting and the bed filled with pillows of varying sizes/shapes. The pool was located outside and at a warm temperature, although the jacuzzi was closed at our visit. There was a very affordable Mexican buffet with the basics in the lounge which provided dinner without leaving the hotel.
