The new Pavilion Hotel, formerly the Pavilion Lodge, is where comfort abounds just 14 steps from the beach in this 71 room, two story hotel. The new design takes advantage of the huge garden courtyard area by creating semi private lanais, or outdoor living areas, for most of the ground level rooms. These new rooms feature large french doors leading into the lanai, making it the only hotel in Avalon where guests can relax in the comfort of their own patio. Several lounge areas have also been created in the center courtyard providing tranquil space to those staying on the second floor.
