The price was right, the hotel was clean and friendly.

Positives: If was family friendly, we liked the availability of coffee tea etc at the front office and the tea time at 4:00 .

Negatives: We enjoy staying there, There was nothing we did not like.

Very nice and clean. Breakfast was not very good. They shouldn't promise homemade cookies if they couldn't provide them. I would stay again because of the size of our room.

The bathroom sink leaked onto the floor so the carpet was nasty and wet when I tried to brush my teeth. The only saving grace was the location and the nicer front desk person in the morning. I would not stay there again nor recommend to others.

Nicely decorated and comfortable rooms done in Spanish Mission style decor. Facility appears clean and well kept. Staff is friendly and helpful.

The staff was great and<BR/>the rooms we had were comfortable and spacious. The rooms were clean, but some of the decor left a bit to be desired. It just needs to be updated a bit. This hotel is great for business travelers, for families, for those just passing through and for those who need somewhere to stay near Pismo who do not<BR/>care if you have a view of the beach, or that you are not really at Pismo Beach. If you are looking for a romantic get-away, this is not the place for you. My husband and I stayed over night for our anniversary, and were pretty disappointed that we did not get to stay in Pismo, when that's what we really had wanted. We know this area well since we live there. Beware that if you go with Pismo area that your chances of actually getting Pismo Beach are slim to none.

Positives: Good service, family friendly, comfortable and spacious rooms.

Negatives: Would not recommend for romantic get away.

Is nice place but they need a bar restaurant and a room service. The restaurant was closed.

Large room with microwave and small refrigerator. Convenient for Seniors. Coffee available all the time. Free complimentary breakfast. Early California-Spanish Hacienda ambience. Do not feel you are near the freeway. Management very friendly and helpful. Look forward to staying there again.

Negatives: Parking difficult if you returned to hotel after 11pm.

Very nice place, mission style architecture very appealing, with water fall & fountain, pathway. Nice plant area. Disappointed w/sauna, the reason we selected this hotel. We were told it would take 15 minutes to warm up and after 40 minutes it still was only Luke warm and the 10:00pm closing time was in less than 15 more minutes. Hot tub & pool were nice though. But still very disappointed about the sauna as we could not find any other hotel which has a dry heat sauna which was the reason we picked Casa Grande. Putting that aside for those of you who do not care about a sauna, this was a nice convenient place in the 5-cities area.

Positives: Spacious room with two basin areas.

Negatives: Sauna did not warm up to usable level in 40 minutes on timer.

This Best Western was perfect for what we needed. The room size was nice as well as the decor, although it smelled of cigarette smoke! Breakfast was yummy, even the kids like it.

Positives: The grounds were very nice, room nice, heated pool!

Negatives: Room was labeled non-smoking but smelled terribly of smoke!

Fits community in architecture and features for hotels in this price range. Friendly, clean and helpful for travelers. Close to freeway and services. Convenient. Beautiful area in California to visit that is affordable.

The lobby was beautiful; there were many unusual and thoughtful extras. A reading and game room, a breakfast room and separate saunas for each gender. The landscaping was beautifully done on a very small area adding a nice atmosphere to the central areas. The only disappointment in our stay was the exercise room. There were four machines and none of them worked. This was in sharp contrast to the rest of the facility that showed good maintenance and care.

Positives: Spacious quiet room, beautifully landscaped grounds.

Negatives: The exercise equipment was in awful condition, very disappointing contrast to the otherwise wonderful hotel.

Most everything was fine. I was surprised that someone did not come in the day before we left and give new towels, etc. The first night it was noisy in the parking lot for several minute. When I called the office, they had them quiet down with 10 minutes.

Positives: The ladies at the front desk were very friendly and helpful.

Negatives: Third day, they did not come in and make bed and give fresh towels.
