Very nice hotel, beds and pillows very comfortable and very good price.
Positives: Right next to Disneyland perfect location.
Negatives: It is hidden in residential area.
Reviewer: Not provided on Fri 07 Oct 2011 rated 9 out of 10.
It was ok, but more of a 2 1/2 star rather than 3.
Positives: Early check in and free parking.
Negatives: The "resort fee" even though we did not use the pool. This is so unfair. I am not happy.
Reviewer: Not provided on Wed 21 Sep 2011 rated 8 out of 10.
The hotel was decent, but the resort fee was a joke - this was
not a resort hotel.
Positives: It was conveniently located to where we wanted to go.
Negatives: That was the smallest bathroom and most illogically placed sink I had ever seen.

Very good hotel. Disneyland parking garage was 2 minutes away. We turner out of our hotel parking lot went right. Went down to light turned right and Disneyland was right there took less than 5 minutes to get there. Hotel staff was very friendly and nice. Hotel rooms were very nice. Pool seemed a little small for the size of the hotel. Pool was not very deep either. It was about 4 and a half feet deep. By the pool was nice little cabanas to sit and relax. Elevator broke so it was kinda of drag coming from a long day at Disneyland. Had to walk up four floors to our room. Overall great experience close to Disneyland. Very clean and friendly.
Positives: Very close to Disneyland. Very clean and friendly hotel. Good vacation hotel.
Negatives: The elevator broke during our stay. After a long day at Disneyland had to walk up the stairs. Nice hotel like that

Poor customer service.
No items available for guests when they forget something. Tried to just ram it through without reading it. Never again.
Positives: Very poor customer service. Forgot my comb, didn't even have that never book there again.
Negatives: Charging me a "resort fee" not explaining charges, and rude.
Reviewer: Not provided on Mon 11 Jul 2011 rated 5 out of 10.
This non smoking hotel gave me a room that smelled like smoke, so I was given another room. As I was walking out of my room I noticed two other people talking about how their room smelled like smoke. I asked them which room and I told them it was the same room I just complained about smelling like smoke 10 minutes ago. I guess this was their 2nd room that smelled like smoke. Obviously, the front desk just dose not care.
Positives: Nothing
Negatives: They told everyone that rooms are still dirty, in reality they just didn't want to give rooms out until 4:00 pm.
Reviewer: Not provided on Sat 09 Jul 2011 rated 9 out of 10.
Rooms cramped especially with 2 adults and 3 children in 1 room, light to bathroom nowhere handy, outside door. Sink not in bathroom, with little ones they want to play in it when you can't close it off.
Positives: Not the best.
Negatives: Extra daily charges and ease to get to Disneyland, extra $22 each day for family when thought in walking distance.
Reviewer: Not provided on Sat 02 Jul 2011 rated 10 out of 10.
Not that we spent very much time in the hotel but, it was very nice and quaint. It was definitely what we needed to fit our needs. I also appreciated the convenience of having a transport van to Disney.
Positives: It was very clean and the people workers were very friendly.
Negatives: It was not walking distance to Disneyland.

I wasn't happy that I arrived early and after being up since 2 am for a flight and flying half way across the US, I was told to come back at 4pm which was 6 hours away. I had not had a shower and was tired and was told to find something to do for 6 hours. Finally after pestering enough, we were able to get into or room within 4 hours.
Positives: It was clean.
Negatives: Resort Fees!
Reviewer: Not provided on Tue 14 Jun 2011 rated 4 out of 10.
I will not be staying here again. The location was not very convenient. There were a lot of hidden fees and no continental breakfast. I didn't know about the $11/day for parking. Next time I will be staying at a hotel that tells me about these charges up front.
Positives: Comfortable beds, nice lobby.
Negatives: Did not know about parking and other "resort fees" I had to pay. Also had to pay for the shuttle to the parks.

The room had a very awkward layout and felt cramped. There was an odorous stain in the room. They came to take care of it, but it never went away. Relocating us would have totally removed us from our group. Not satisfied with this Hotel.
Positives: The pool area was nice and there were many places to sit out on the patio.
Negatives: The room had an awkward layout. Not walking distance to Disneyland as advertised.
Reviewer: Not provided on Wed 08 Jun 2011 rated 10 out of 10.
The staff was excellent and very friendly. The room was very clean and comfortable. The pool was nice and clean.
Positives: I liked how it was about 10 minute walking distance from Downtown Disney.
Negatives: Although it was quiet, the hotel is kind of secluded by a residential street and a post office next to it.
Reviewer: Not provided on Sat 04 Jun 2011 rated 10 out of 10.
This was a very nice hotel for the money. We had no problems, we even were allowed to check in at 10 a.m. instead of 4 p.m. Everything was clean.
Positives: Very nice and very close to Disneyland. Kids ate free
Negatives: $10 resort fee.
Reviewer: Not provided on Wed 27 Apr 2011 rated 10 out of 10.
Very good.
Positives: It's worth every penny you pay, Although the hotel charges 10 for resort fee. The staff are very friendly and the whole place is very neat and clean.
Negatives: Nothing. Our stay was perfect and if I will be given another chance to go back there again,I will still choose to stay there.

Clean, convenient, and friendly.
Positives: Clean and convenient.
Negatives: Did not like having to pay a "resort fee" after we arrived. I wish that cost had been included in my Priceline bid amount.
Reviewer: Not provided on Sat 23 Apr 2011 rated 6 out of 10.
The lobby was very nice, and the decor gave us an impression that the room would be equally as nice. The room was not so nice. The HOTEL was nice but not up to resort standards, if you ask me to pay a resort fee, I expect a resort accommodations, like a refrigerator and microwave in the room. I for the life of me I could not figure the two bottle of gourmet water on the central night stand resort priced at 3.50 a piece. Also, instead of a resort LCD or digital plasma, we had a "old school" 170 pound tube TV. as the only functioning appliance in the room.
Positives: The staff was very friendly, but not very age diverse..
Negatives: The additional "resort fee"

Hotel was nice, close to Disneyland and there was a shopping area around a 5 minute drive away. Lots of hidden fees, did not reflect the estimated price.
Positives: Clean and comfortable.
Negatives: Lots of hidden fees.

Positives: Walking distance to Disneyland.
Negatives: Charged for parking.

It was very adequate for what we needed. Hotel was close to Disneyland. The rooms were clean (baths small, but worked) and comfortable.
Positives: Very clean and serviced well.
Negatives: Missed the refrigerator.

This hotel was beautiful and so close to Disneyland we could walk! The staff were very friendly and always there when you needed them.
Positives: The staff were very friendly and always available when we needed them.
Negatives: The extra parking/ resort fees we were charged at the end of our stay.
Reviewer: Not provided on Fri 03 Dec 2010 rated 5 out of 10.
Basic old style Travelodge or Motel 6 accommodation with cheap TV, but insistent on charging for parking. All are forced to pay a "Resort Tax" even if you don't have a car or not needing their Internet service. I was glad that I got a nice Priceline deal, but otherwise I wouldn't use the hotel. There are nearby motels that have the same amenities that could have saved me from the Resort Tax if I had used the the coupons in the Travel Coupon Guide available in all Denny's Restaurants.
Positives: Located near the convention center where I had to do business the next day.
Negatives: Lousy out dated fuzzy CRT TV in the room. No refrigerator for this "Resort Tax" class hotel.
Reviewer: Not provided on Thu 02 Dec 2010 rated 6 out of 10.
Nothing special about the rooms of this hotel near the "back" entrance to the parking ramp at Disneyland.
Positives: Location was good near back entrance to Disneyland.
Negatives: Resort fee of $10 per night was a ripoff.
Reviewer: Not provided on Wed 01 Dec 2010 rated 1 out of 10.
There was little water pressure so you could not wash your hair. The restaurant is way out in the parking lot and closed early so there was no food. They did not have a complimentary breakfast. There is a $12 resort fee, $4 per person fee for transportation to Disneyland. The only views are of the parking lot. The room was clean. The taxes and resort fee was approximately $25.
Positives: It was clean.
Negatives: The restaurant closed early, so there was no food and we got stuck with a large unexpected resort fee.
Reviewer: Not provided on Wed 01 Dec 2010 rated 4 out of 10.
Good everything except the $10 a day fee. The hotel said nothing about that until I drove all the way to LA. I would not stay there again because of that. It wasn't much money, but the feeling of being ripped off completely turned me against doing business with them again.
Positives: Location.
Negatives: $10 a day fee for no apparent reason.
Reviewer: Not provided on Sun 28 Nov 2010 rated 8 out of 10.
Nice and clean and close to Disney. Could get stuck with full beds, but they have double queens too. Resort fee is ridiculous.

Positives: Price & location would great.
Negatives: Huge resort fee, and for what? This hotel is not a resort!
Reviewer: Not provided on Mon 15 Nov 2010 rated 9 out of 10.
For what I used. This hotel was fabulous. The room was 4 star level with a King room that could have come from the Four Seasons. The halls and elevator were older and definitely worn. Overall it was a great stay.
Positives: The room was spectacular, 4 star! Amazing!
Negatives: Elevator and hall ways were old and not updated.
Reviewer: Not provided on Sun 14 Nov 2010 rated 6 out of 10.
The hotel was adequate although the restaurant was friendly and helpful but the food was very mediocre; actully I would not eat there. The room was adequate for my needs, clean and comfortable if small. I would really prefer having an in room refrigerator and or microwave for the business traveler.
Positives: The beds were very comfortable and parking was convenient.
Negatives: A refrigerator and or microwave would have been helpful.
Reviewer: Not provided on Thu 11 Nov 2010 rated 10 out of 10.
Hotel was great very clean. The only part I didn't like is that I was charged $7 for water I did not touch. I think it's very bad thing
of them to charge without verifying. I had to call and ask for a refund. Other than that everything was excellent.
Positives: Loved the decorations.
Negatives: Was charged for water, I didn't drink $7
Reviewer: Not provided on Mon 08 Nov 2010 rated 3 out of 10.
Not family friendly /affordable. Pool had a mass of bees, spiders, and lougies in it three out of the five days we where there. No free transport or breakfasts. And you will have an extra few charges on your bill that they won't disclose untill you check in or out called location upkeep = $10, resort fees = $2-+local Anaheim tax's of 10+%.
Positives: Nothing
Negatives: Pool was disgusting. Housekeeping was lacking. Front desk was rude.
Reviewer: Not provided on Fri 05 Nov 2010 rated 9 out of 10.
The Holiday Inn and Suites is close to Disneyland, but is not conveniently located. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the rooms and facilities were clean and well-kept.
Positives: The separate buildings made for easier room access.
Negatives: Breakfast was not included; Anaheim Resort fee/tax not appreciated.
Reviewer: Not provided on Thu 04 Nov 2010 rated 10 out of 10.
Hotel staff very professional. Restaurant service prompt with fresh tasty food. Room very clean and well taken care of. Family friendly! Thanks for a comfortable stay away from "home".
Positives: Very good hotel manager. Room was always cleaned.
Negatives: TV was not flat screen.
Reviewer: Not provided on Tue 20 Jul 2010 rated 6 out of 10.
The room was clean and the staff was nice, I didn't like the hidden $10 resort fee, and the place was very noisy. I felt like this hotel was below the level of the other Holiday Inn hotels in the Anaheim area.
Positives: Lots of parking.
Negatives: Noisy, with some weird people..
Reviewer: Not provided on Sun 13 Jun 2010 rated 8 out of 10.
I stayed for a week and enjoyed it very much. The staff was pleasant and helpful. I would recommend Priceline and the holiday inn to everyone.
Positives: Family environment.
Negatives: Nothing.

This hotel was great for the price, it was close enough to Disneyland that you could walk to the Disneyland parking lot and take a free tram to Downtown Disney, or just catch a shuttle that will drop you off on the Harbor Blvd side of Disney. If you are going to be there for three or more days, opt for the three day pass, its alot cheaper. The restaurant was a fairly good value, especially at breakfast, our kids were too old for the free meals. But the food was decent. Overall , we would definitely stay there again.
Positives: The hotel staff was very accommodating, very friendly.
Negatives: The pool was alot smaller than what it looked like on website, but still nice.
Reviewer: Not provided on Thu 13 May 2010 rated 9 out of 10.
We were very pleased with our stay at this hotel. It is walking distance to attractions, but not a short walk. Rooms were quiet & comfortable. We noticed many families staying there. There was a disturbing, recurring knock on the door in the middle of the night. Could have been criminal, but the person left when told it was the wrong room.
Positives: The bed was very comfortable. Halls were not too noisy.
Negatives: Washing machines and dryers were a bit pricey, but worked well.
Reviewer: Not provided on Mon 03 May 2010 rated 9 out of 10.
The rooms and public areas are clean with a small gift shop in the lobby. The transportation to the park is NOT free plus there is a required $10 per day plus tax hidden resort fee to watch out for. I was not happy about those two. The pool is shallow only 4.5 feet which is great for kids but it is plain and not heated enough in cooler days. The beds have a lot of padding and a good choice of pillows, the room stayed warmer without a thermostat.
Positives: Close to Disneyland, about 15 min walking distance.
Negatives: Hidden resort fee of $10 per day plus tax
Reviewer: Not provided on Fri 23 Apr 2010 rated 6 out of 10.
Was sent to the back building away from the main hotel and didn't have towels in our room upon checking in. Drawers were sticky and TV lost signal every time you open the drawers. Disappointed they charged $8.00 for their shuttle to the park while other hotels usually do it for free or is part of your resort fee. Some pluses - Free WiFi, abundance of pillows, and is a short drive to the Disney parking structure. Parking is free which is included with your mandatory resort fee. Some hotels charge parking plus the resort fee. There is also a Shell next door so it was easy to fuel up before driving home.
Positives: One hotel staff was helpful and nice.
Negatives: Not a 3 star hotel. Charge to use their shuttle. No towel when arriving at room.
Reviewer: Not provided on Fri 12 Mar 2010 rated 10 out of 10.
Nice rooms.
Positives: Comfort.
Negatives: Didn't like paying the resort fee. No free shuttle or breakfast.
Reviewer: Not provided on Tue 09 Mar 2010 rated 6 out of 10.
I told the front desk we have been up all night, she offered to have the maids clean our rooms first, I said that would be great! Well our room was not done until exactly 3:00, we sat out by the pool all day with small kids. I don't understand that because every morning we went to breakfast at 9:00 and were back at the room at 9:30, and the maid had already came and gone. The toilet in our room moved every time you sat down. We had to go down to the front desk every morning to get coffee for our room. Also I don't understand the $10 a day charge for parking when the hotel doesn't offer a shuttle, it is quite a walk to the park. The hotel is in a residential neighborhood, so nothing is in the area.
Positives: I really like the restauraunt, kids eat free which made eating out really affordable, and wasn't fast food.
Negatives: The location.
Reviewer: Not provided on Tue 09 Mar 2010 rated 7 out of 10.
The hotel was nice; however there was an $11.00 resort fee added on to the fee already paid per night. That added another $36.00 with tax to the overall price.
Positives: Restaurant staff.
Negatives: Not close to Disneyland.

We had stayed at this hotel before and once again it was great. We will stay here again.

Kind & friendly employees, very quick to help, clean & very comfortable rooms, bathrooms a little small, very good restaurant, clean pool & towels available at the pool. Really a great spot for a vacation for our whole family-grandparents, grown kids, & grandkids.
Positives: Location, very clean, very comfortable, handy excellent restaurant, great for the whole family.
Negatives: Nothing.

Nice hotel, nothing special just
not a 3 star hotel. They have hidden charges. Better hotels for less in the area. I should have stayed at the Courtyard or Residence Inn cleaner and they don't charge for parking and WiFi use.
Positives: Location only.
Negatives: Charged $12 for parking. Charged a $50 deposit to my credit card, which they took 4 days to return when I checked out.
Reviewer: Not provided on Mon 08 Feb 2010 rated 9 out of 10.
Nice hotel. We had to call and ask for additional towels each day. Housekeeping personnel were always very nice.
Positives: Comfortable room, nice large vanity area, accessible outlets, very helpful housekeeping staff.
Negatives: Very slow internet, our room looked out at a building's access stairs. No view! Toilet not attached, it rocked, was off balance.
Reviewer: Not provided on Sat 06 Sep 2008 rated 8 out of 10.
The rooms were what we needed, the restaurant was great (we had breakfast twice), the location was great in regards to being so close for the Disneyland Half Marathon (walking distance!). But the pool was green and smelled. The Jacuzzi was fine, so we stayed in there most of the time. My 6 year old daughter swam in the pool for about half the time but I really did not feel comfortable.
Positives: The staff was very friendly and attentive.
Negatives: The pool was green and smelled.
