I didn't have the best view but for the price it was well worth it. The rooms were nice & so was the staff - they were able to accommodate my early check-in with no problem. Parking was expensive and they didn't have their own Disneyland shuttle, but you could get a shuttle right out the front door for a reasonable price.
Positives: It was conveniently located, there were lots of options for eating.
Negatives: NA

We have a 8 month old baby, we stayed at The Hilton Anaheim. The hotel itself was nice, the room was nice but! When making the bed we noticed blood on 5 different areas of the bed that my wife, me and our baby slept on! The blood was already there but covered under the comforter!
Positives: Swimming pool, friendly and helpful staff, convenient location.
Negatives: There was blood stains on the bed sheets!

This is one of my favorite Hotels. I always stay here when traveling to CA. It is clean, the staff is friendly & it is worth the money spent.
Positives: I liked the Hotel Staff who upgraded our room for free.
Negatives: I didn't like the line for the Starbucks or the staff there.

The Hilton is conveniently located near Disneyland. The lobby is spacious and attractive. The room was comfortable and nicely appointed. I was not impressed with the pool area.
Positives: Great location. Spacious lobby with Starbucks cafe. Room was nicely appointed. Good staff.
Negatives: I would prefer a suite. No sitting area in room. The pool area was unattractive and lacked shade and landscaping.

Don't stay on 5th floor by pool, too loud. Be prepared to pay $15 for parking. No iron, no one ever came to give us one.
Positives: Rooms were nice.
Negatives: No iron, too loud bar goers and kids.

Loved everything about this hotel except for parking and Internet rates. Felt like guest should definitely be able to park there for free.
Positives: Felt very comfortable overall. My personal favorites were the comfort of the beds; and the swimming area.
Negatives: $15 per day to park for guests! No other options for parking; you have to pay it. Internet $25 per day.

Perfect for the business traveler, but we were there as a family. The lobby area was full of loud people from a convention and they were drinking and partying. They did not make it easy to check out the lobby area so we did not eat anywhere on the premises. Room was not that of an upscale resort of 4 star. Had to ask for a remote and it did not have a luggage holder.
Positives: Convenient location.
Negatives: Pay for parking, walk through people drinking from convention with a small child.

The hotel was great. It is a long walk but fine for us and our kids 12 and 9, to Disneyland. It is very large and the rooms are great. The pool area has a fun play area for the kids and tons of lounge chairs for adults and tables with umbrellas and 2 large hot tubs. It has a bar just outside the pool gate and when it is open the the waitresses come around the pool for orders. We bid on Priceline.completely worth it!
Positives: The pool area was great for adults and kids.
Negatives: When you walk into the hotel main doors, if there is a conference going on it is incredibly noisy.

Great Hotel blocks away from Disneyland The only thing I did not like was the charges of $15 a night or parking. Other hotels in the area for the same price do not have this charge. Nice hotel but I will not go back to it.

The hotel staff were friendly and helpful. I loved the cleanliness and the overall comfort level of the hotel was excellent! I would definetly recommend it to friends and family.
Positives: I really enjoyed the cleanliness of the hotel as well as the level of the hotel. It met my expectations.
Negatives: The fact that our room was right by the elevator, it was a bit noisy.

We love this hotel it is convenient for area attractions, convention center and shopping. The only down fall is that they could use faster breakfast choices besides Starbucks as their line can be an hour wait. Since we stay for a week we like to have snacks and water in our room and the nearest store is a little jaunt away.
Positives: The staff is friendly and the hotel is clean and convenient to area attractions.
Negatives: Wish they had more breakfast (faster Muffins etc.)choices other than Starbucks.

The hotel wasn't bad, it was just little things. The parking was a bit expensive when it should have been free. All stores (e.g. Starbucks, convenience store) in the hotel close too early. The in room movie system didn't work half the time and when it did it was fuzzy and in the wrong aspect ratio so all the actors were all stretched out. Not how you want your movies when you're paying $14 for each of them. But the pool was nice, or it will be when it's finished. They also had the national cheer leading championships there, but instead of putting them all on one side of the building they stuck them all around us. So we had teenage girls knocking on our door in the middle of the night, spraying fake tan everywhere, and I'm back in Australia now and I'm still finding glitter. The great things about this hotel were the price, (which was still about $20 a night too much) and the proximity to Disneyland.
Positives: It was close to Disneyland.
Negatives: Parking not free. Room movie service fuzzy and expensive. All amenities close too early.

Overall this Hotel was very Nice. I just has a problem with the hotel charging my account with a Hugh a mount for movies we did not order. The food was a little pricey as well the parking. The staff were polite and the director was very nice about trying to get my money back and comp. my parking.
Positives: The rooms were very nice and there was a star bucks.
Negatives: The stress of trying to resolve a unauthorized transaction. The Director was really nice, but the others were not help full.

Great hotel and location for price. Very nice and comfortable rooms (fairly large too). Nice food court if you don't want to leave hotel or eat at large restaurant. Very friendly staff. Overall I highly recommend, especially for the price we paid. Thanks Priceline!
Positives: Good room service and overall very nice for the price.
Negatives: Swimming pool closed for renovation.

Even turn AC to 70F and set the fan to auto, the fan blow strong cold air directly to the room and made us catching cold. The restroom and the room are tiny. The utilities (such as tissues, lotion, soap) are poor quality. The front desk staff are really slow, inefficient and not friendly. Will never visit this hotel again and will never recommend this hotel to anyone.
Positives: Clean and convenient location.
Negatives: The fan in the room blows strong wind to the room, tiny room and restroom.

The room was nice, but the sink was clogged. The conference people there were many and very loud. We have a 3 year old and we didn't want to cause any more disturbance since he did fall asleep. However, my husband and I did not get much sleep, we asked at 3pm to please be quiet, we are trying to sleep.
Positives: Fairly close to Disneyland..
Negatives: The hotel was packed with noisy conference people, sink was clogged and got no sleep due to loud guests.

I love to stay at the Hilton because the beds are super comfortable, Disneyland is super close, and there are plenty of restaurants close by to choose from. The pillows at this hotel are to die for.
Positives: The pillows and the comfort of the beds are amazing. Very close to Disneyland.
Negatives: Wish the hotel would offer a discount on Disneyland tickets. Parking is very expensive.

Very beautiful and clean. Loved the location because it was so close to Disneyland. The pool was clean and there was an attendant, there the entire time cleaning up and making sure that everything was nice.
Positives: It was beautiful and very clean.
Negatives: You had to pay for the physical fitness amenities and there was not any refrigerator.

Great location for convention center stays and Disneyland. Super clean and well appointed rooms. Completely up to my expectations of a Hilton property.

This hotel is nice & clean and conveniently located near Disneyland. It was a deal for what I paid on Priceline! They also have HBO and a nice swimming pool area. I've stayed here twice now and will come back again.
Positives: The location was good for Disneyland.
Negatives: Elevators are slow. Parking rates are high.

For the price we got it for, it suited our needs. I wouldn't pay full price and or stay here again, if I had the choice. Supposed to be 3.5 star hotel and they want to charge for internet in the rooms.
Positives: The staff was very friendly and accommodating.
Negatives: The bar out in the open that I had to walk my 9 years old son past.
Reviewer: Not provided on Tue 20 Jul 2010 rated 9 out of 10.
Easy check-in and check-out. Plush bed and bath linens. Good wireless connectivity. For a limited time, will put a refrigerator in the room if requested. Bed was very comfortable, but bring your own pillow.
Positives: Decor was very nice - complimentary refrigerator.
Negatives: Very slow, crowded elevators. Tub wouldn't plug. Maintenance came too late.

This hotel is close to Disney and has rooms that are large and very nice. My biggest criteria for a 3.5 star hotel are beds and sound. This hotel has excellent beds and bedding and was quiet. Lines in the morning for Starbucks and the Disney desk were very long. Also, no shuttle to Disneyland.
Positives: Great location with large, quiet and very nice rooms.
Negatives: The hotel is huge! Lots of walking and lines in the lobby for coffee and service get long.

We would definitely consider returning to this hotel. It exceeded our expectations. Comfortable bed, spacious room, choice of both standard restaurant (decent breakfast) and fast food court (Quizno's, Starbucks) inside hotel.
Positives: Excellent value with Priceline purchase. Great proximity to Disneyland (with shuttle).
Negatives: Expensive car parking fees is only downside.
Reviewer: Not provided on Sun 13 Jun 2010 rated 8 out of 10.
The hotel was extremely comfortable. Great location. Wish that the parking for the hotel was not so costly, especially since once we arrived, we never moved the car until we left the hotel. $15 bucks a day was a bit much!
Positives: The bed was very comfortable and loved the top duvet.
Negatives: That we had to pay 15 dollars a day for parking & Internet cost so much!
Reviewer: Not provided on Fri 11 Jun 2010 rated 10 out of 10.
Clean rooms. Helpful staff. Easy access by ART shuttle to/from Disneyland (they say 10 minutes, I say 5 minutes). I was on the 12th floor facing the convention center, so nothing to see but I was not there for the view. It was wonderful for me.
Positives: Amenities
Negatives: Sides of bed closest to alarm clock was so soft, I had to sleep in the middle of the bed.

I can always count on the Hilton to be consistent.
Positives: Always the same friendly employees at the parking exit.
Negatives: It took them so long to update the decor that it is out of date when before the finished.

Positives: Nice updated rooms.
Negatives: The bathroom coould have been cleaner and we had billing issues with parking.

Many seemed to complain about this hotel, but we loved it. I'm quite picky and no stranger to nicer things and this hotel delivered. Beautifully decorated and plush. Staff was friendly and even upgraded us to the top floor. My only complaint was the lack of mini-fridge, but that's a Hilton thing. And I thought sound carried far too much through the room doors. People talking in the hall could be heard perfectly and they could hear us in the room perfectly. Ear plugs were a necessity and maybe some white noise for younger children. It was a very nice hotel, we really enjoyed it! The maid service even counted how much coffee we consumed on the first morning and provided that much for the next.
Positives: Beds were great, hotel lobby was huge and beautiful, everything was extravagant.
Negatives: Sound carried was too much through room doors. Would like to have had mini fridge in the room.

Check-in staff was very nice and courteous. Our room was ready even though we were there a little before check-in time. The beds were very comfortable as was the room temperature. I appreciated them having creamer in the room for coffee versus the powdered non-dairy creamer. The towels were very soft and fluffy! The outdoor pool was heated nicely, even though we didn't get in it. We did use one of the 4 hot tubs in the evening and loved it!
<BR/>
Positives: Loved having 4 hot tubs. Comfy beds and large windows.
Negatives: Gym in basement and the hallways down there not remodeled, felt a little weird like being in staff area.

Close to Disneyland. Clean, roomy. Modern. Liked the thermostat control - room kept temperature well. Quiet from neighbors and hallway. Breakfast was quite pricey for a family but had nearby options. Got a great deal at Price-line. Would stay again.

Negatives: Had to pay for parking which wasn't initially stated.

Nice hotel, but given bad room noise-wise.
Positives: Great location.
Negatives: Typical of Priceline deals, I was given a room next to the service elevators and the vending machines, so lots of noise just outside of the room.
Reviewer: Not provided on Thu 06 May 2010 rated 7 out of 10.
I enjoyed the hotel primarily due to it had very high standards for comfort, quality, and cleanliness. However, the accommodations didn't feel like a family resort, instead, it was more of a convention style business hotel. Which I think is the purpose of the hotel to begin with. So, its design and service has met this intent.
Positives: I like the value of the hotel given the size of the hotel, and the location.
Negatives: The hotel was not at all designed for style or attractiveness.
Reviewer: Not provided on Sun 02 May 2010 rated 9 out of 10.
The Hilton Anaheim is a nice, clean hotel with a great location for visiting Disneyland. The parking fee was a bit steep at $15 per night. The hotel is great for business travelers, not so much for others. It was very crowded because of the high volume of business travelers it attracts, which made for very long lines at the restaurants and coffee shop. I think the restaurant prices would be high for most family travelers, which doesn't leave any good breakfast options for families.
Positives: Great location and
Negatives: Really crowded. High parking fees.
