Having my bedroom switched to another customer after having checked in was the weirdies thing for a hotel of this caliber. Another customer tried to enter my bedroom at midnight. In the morning none of my keys were working and the staff at the front desk, even though very apologetic, could not explain to me what had happened!

Positives: The bedroom was nice and comfy.

Negatives: After checking in at 9.00 PM my room was switched to another customer who tried to enter my room at midnight, staff could not explain to me what happen.

More of a convention hotel than a family hotel catering towards Disneyland, the hotel worked well for our one night stay. I would not recommend it for a multi-night stay with kids-- other hotels in area are more fun and more family-friendly.

Positives: Efficient check in.

Negatives: High price of self-parking ($24) and too soft beds.

Great location to Disneyland, shops, food. Very nice and clean and upscale rooms.

Negatives: The $24.00 a night parking was not well received. If we are on a tight budget this does not help.

This hotel was great. The accomodations, staff and price were fantastic. I would stay here again for sure.

Positives: They let us check in very early and deposit our belongings and head off to Disney! Greatly appreciated!

This hotel is very nice and clean with friendly staff. The drawbacks are definitely the double beds and the high parking fees.

Positives: The hotel was located within walking distance of the convention center which was what we were in Anaheim for.

Negatives: I didn't like the high parking fees or the double beds at this hotel.

The price I got for this hotel made the stay more attractive. I was disgusted by the price to park and that I had to pay for internet. Otherwise, the amenities with Starbucks and Pizza Hut in the hotel were really nice.

Positives: The price I got on Priceline was good for the location and brand name to earn points.

Negatives: $24/day parking, $13/day internet, it is not across the street from Disney, its at least a 2 mile walk.

It was everything I expected it to be. The Marriott staff is terrific and the room was comfortable.

This hotel has several amenities that I did not utilize but were available had I needed almost anything.

This hotel is nice. It is worth the price we paid. I would not pay the regular hotel rate to stay here. The staff was great. This hotel is located right next to the Convention Center. I didn't check to see if there was a convention in town. That was a huge mistake. The hotel was so crowded. The people staying there at the time were rude, loud and inconsiderate. We had to move rooms due to the noise they were making. The pool was crowded with kids screaming as loud as they could until 11pm. Then the kids next to us were pounding on the railing outside. The parents didn't tell them to stop or quiet down. They did it until 11pm and then again at 6:45am. I went downstairs and told them and asked to be moved. They did move us and our stay was much better after that.

Positives: Staff was good.

Negatives: Beds are too small not queens more like full or little bigger than twin and parking is expensive.

A very nice Marriott. The staff was friendly and helpful at check in and answered all our questions. Would have liked free shuttle to Disneyland. Its less than a mile, but costs $4. Seems excessive. We were given a discount on parking, but I'm not sure why.

Positives: Close to Disneyland. Rooms clean. Big TV.

Negatives: Parking fee and not free shuttle to Disneyland

I have stayed here before and will stay again. Great hotel, great price, super comfortable, excellent location for those wanting to visit Disney. Room service is great for both adults and children.

Positives: Very comfortable rooms.

Negatives: Concierge was not helpful at all, she looked very annoyed.

I was nice and clean. I forgot to bring my wireless card and the hotel wanted 12.99 to use the internet. That is crazy. When are we going to just make it free because it has been paid for 100X over?
