The Doubletree is a a good ten minute walk from Disneyland but well worth the walk. It is an attractive, reasonable 3.5 star hotel, well kept, although the rooms are slightly dated. While we there however they were installing new flat T.V.'s for the old type. Parking is expensive.<BR/>There is a bar and restaurant. WE ordered a pizza at the restaurant and it was excellent - the only complaint. Would have is the hot food at breakfast. Room service has multiple fees.
Positives: Very friendly helpful staff, clean, attractive, and accommodating.
Negatives: Breakfast is served in a very attractive restaurant. Service is excellent, Breads, cereal, fruits excellent. Unfortunately the "hot' food was terrible.

This is a fine family hotel for visiting Disney. Could be more family friendly by adding Free Shuttle service. Restaurant expensive for what you got.
Positives: Kids eat free.
Negatives: Small pool for the number of guest. Restaurant prices were high for this caliber of hotel.

Close to attractions and convention center, very clean/well kept, helpful staff, resort information center right in the hotel, Disneyland bus pick-up in front of hotel, felt very secured. On the bad side, I was not told of the $12.00 per day resort fee, plus $11.00 per day parking.
Positives: Very clean.
Negatives: Got a handicap room with a queen bed, 12.00 per day resort fee, 11.00 per day parking.

Two of the lamps in the room did not work, they replaced the one in the bedroom immediately. Then later, or the next day, we realized the one in the family room didn't work either, but we did not bother saying anything. Overall it was a good and pleasant stay. The walls seem pretty thick, I heard very little noise from people around us, and there was always hot water during our showers.
Positives: The room was nice and the people were friendly.
Negatives: I did not like to pay for parking. Maid service did not stock toilet paper, it was almost out and I had to go and get more. Trash cans a little small.

Beautiful hotel, with extremely friendly and helpful staff. Nicely appointed rooms, very comfortable beds, large bath area (with the shower/commode separated from the double sinks -- helped with 4 of us getting ready in the morning!) Denny's right across the street, a number of other restaurants within a block or so, and a comfortable stroll away from Disneyland.
Positives: Those complimentary fabulous Doubletree cookies at check-in! Also, wonderful large bathroom & comfortable beds.
Negatives: Can't think of anything.

The hotel rooms are extremely clean and spacious. The workers were very helpful and friendly. I have 2 and 4 year old girl's and they loved the pool and the fact that we had a separate living room.
Positives: I loved the rooms. We had a suite with separate living room.
Negatives: Had to take a bus to and from Disneyland. The wait being atleast 30 minutes.

I was very pleased with my stay at this hotel. The people at the front desk were very nice and helpful. The hotel was very clean and very new. The bed was so comfortable it was like I was at home. We could have walked or taken the shuttle to Disney land but chose to drive and it was only a couple minutes to get there. Wish every hotel stay could be this nice.
Positives: This hotel was one of the cleanest I have ever been in. The bed was so comfortable, my husband wanted to take the pillows home with us.
Negatives: I loved this hotel.

The air conditioning is terrible. Tooo cold even in the summer. We spent almost 20 minutes on adjusting, but it did not function as we wanted. The down beddings were very unconfortable as well.
Positives: Good location.
Negatives: Down bedding and air conditioning.

Beautiful brand new hotel (less than a month old). Gorgeous lobby and friendly staff. Perfect for a long holiday or vacation. Good location in safe neighborhood. Guest rooms are beautiful suites with 2 TV's, microwave and fridge. The only negative was a strong sewage odor in bathroom that couldn't be fixed by engineer.
Positives: All rooms are brand new suites.
Negatives: Strong odor in bathroom.
