Good location, clean room, breakfast was very well served and available for my needs.
Positives: Good location that met my needs; clean, and comfortable.
Negatives: Elevator is slow.

I had a great stay but there was one problem. The hotel charged my credit card $150.00 for incidentals which I have not received back yet. I think that is a excessive charge.

The night staff wasn't very friendly and the pool was closed when we got there due to a child's accident but the day staff was very friendly. We did get to use the pool and hot tub on Saturday night. All in all we had a very relaxing time and would stay there again in a Heartbeat.
Positives: The beds were very comfortable.
Negatives: Pool closed at ten when others stay open till 11 and coffee was awful strong.
