Very clean rooms, friendly staff, reasonable rates ( after we talked them down). Outdoor pool could use some sweeping around the wall. Breakfast was fresh and on time.
Positives: Location, staff, breakfast, clean rooms.
Negatives: Long wait in lobby, pool area could be cleaner.

Chipped molder in bathroom. Room stunk. Curtains looked like that had been wadded up for a month. Sheets were rough. Front door looked like it had been forced open. We don't go back to that hotel.
Positives: Nothing.
Negatives: My cell phone pictures can't begin to describe.
