Previous reviews by some were critical of this hotel. Evidently, they have fixed the problems because it is a great Hotel.

Positives: Great hotel, great location, great restaurants nearby, great shopping, great beds, great breakfast, great room!

Liked this hotel. Good breakfast, friendly staff, convenient location. This hotel could use a little updating. The carpet in my room had a couple of stains and was fraying in several places.

Positives: The layout of the room.

Negatives: Needs updating, new carpet and lamps.

You could tell this could be a great hotel but management was failing. Beds were good lots of pillows nice room but. Hair on toilet upon arrival and bugs on the wall in the middle of the night ugh!

Good staff, plenty of food for breakfast, satisfactory in-door pool, clean hotel & room.

There was a great ambiance in general, and all business and personal needs were able to be fulfilled due to all of the services and amenities which were available. Breakfast was great!

Positives: It was spacious, practical and homey.

Negatives: The television was not fully operable and house keeping, although pleasant and compiling, was extremely slow.

Police report indicated that is was the 15th response to this parking lot. Security Guard watching TV in the lobby, unaware of the previous night's break-in, 40 feet from the back door! No fence or other security department for the wooded area 50 feet from the back door!

Negatives: Security or accepted responsibility for vandalism!

Good choice for business travelers needing to stay several days since all rooms are suites with microwave & fridge, sitting area with small sofa and chair, and desk/work area with Internet connection. Adequate accommodations for other travelers but nothing special.

Positives: Modern decor.

The hotel was very well maintained, staff exceptionally friendly, we were on our way to a funeral and had to leave very early in the morning, the staff had our breakfast ready a bit early so we were able to enjoy an early breakfast, which by the way was wonderful.

One of the best hotels that I have stayed in during the past few years. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at this hotel and would recommend it to all of my friends. The management and staff should be commended highly.

Positives: Excellent location, helpful staff and availability of computer for guests.

When I done this, I did not expect the roomy accommodations that we got. We had a wonderful experience and I hope we can go back someday (soon) Also, it was spotless (very very clean). Thank you Spring hill Suites for a very good experience!

It was a wonderful place to stay. Located in a very nice section of Little Rock. The service was top quality and the employees were very nice and helpful. We will stay here again when we come back to Little Rock.

Positives: This hotel has a excellent breakfast buffet.

Negatives: There is nothing that we did not like about this hotel.
