From the moment we went into the hotel, our experience was pleasant. We were put in a nice room but was next to the housekeeping closet. So it was a little noise at the beginning and ending of shifts. Not a problem. There was a false fire alarm. Once again it was handle with respect for the visitors and did not create a problem for us. We enjoyed our stay in this beautiful building and with this wonderful friendly group of people. Breakfast was a great layout and the food was excellent.
Positives: The center of the hotel was beautiful with plants, fish, and lovely outdoor feeling.
Negatives: Liked it all.

Excellent location in West Little Rock. Fairly new hotel and very clean.
Positives: Very nice place to stay.
Negatives: Some kids running outside room after 11:00 pm.

My overall experience was great, but it would be wonderful if I could complete my stay with a good morning of sleeping in. It would be nice if the hotel kept tabs on which guests have checked out and only send the cleaning persons to those rooms. Instead of constantly bothering sleeping guests.
Positives: Great atmosphere and comfortable beds!
Negatives: The cleaning woman tried to enter my room 3 times the morning of my scheduled checkout. I was sleeping and it was nowhere near checkout time.

Located in a busy part of downtown so it's convenient for those travelers coming off the interstate. Very nice and friendly staff. Overall a very clean comfortable hotel.
Positives: I liked the automated check-in terminal in the main lobby.
Negatives: Nothing.

The service was great. The room had a great view and everything that a quality hotel should have. I have always liked Embassy Suites hotels and this one was as good as any I have stayed in.
Positives: The rooms have everything that you need from a quality hotel.
Negatives: I would have liked a complimentary USA Today newspaper
