The hotel is beautiful, located in downtown Little Rock. Hotel staff was extremely friendly and helpful.

Our first time in Little Rock and were pleasantly surprised. The hotel seemed a bit run down for a Double Tree but the overall experience was nice.

Positives: The location was very nice and our room had a great view of the River.

Negatives: The common areas smelled very strongly of cigarette smoke.

We had a wonderful, though small room. Fantastic for the money.

Positives: Easy to find and located right next to the Trolley to ride to the presidential library.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was nice with comfy beds, big flat screen TV and great water pressure which is really important to me! The cookies are always yummy at Double Tree. Just an overall nice place to stay.

Positives: The Hotel was very clean and the beds were so comfortable I slept like a baby. Location was perfect.

Negatives: Room service was a bit pricey but I guess that is to be expected.

Awesome location. Post office close, bars close, restaurants close, and a shuttle to airport and surrounding areas. On the water! Near a little park too!

Positives: Awesome everything and more.

Negatives: Nothing.

I loved this hotel because everything was nice, clean and luxurious. Our room was overlooking the river and we were facing Dickey-Stephens Park. Everything downtown was a short walk and there was a trolley stop right in front of the hotel. The cookies are to die for!

Positives: Location

Negatives: We want breakfast!

The rooms were designed very well for comfort, but extremely small. I'm sure this is due to the hotel being very old, but often renovated to accommodate for modern amenities.

Positives: Extremely convenient location with above expected accommodations.

Negatives: Restaurant service slow.

Great location in downtown Little Rock. It was a short walk to the downtown Farmer's Market and lots of restaurants and bars, as well as Clinton Museum. The hotel pool was much better than most in that it was big enough that you could actually swim laps (short ones). Very friendly and helpful staff.

Positives: Location on the river/park and location next to venue.

Negatives: Small rooms - nice, but small.

Negatives: Public parking garage.

Over all our stay at the Doubletree was very nice, and what we had hoped for. Other than finding the hallways and elevators to hot, we found the parking situation a hassle.

Positives: We found the rooms to be very nice and liked the view of the river.

Negatives: Hallways and elevators were uncomfortably hot !

This is a big hotel for Little Rock, Arkansas, situated on the Arkansas River. Fortunately, I had a room with a river view. Parking was ample, accessible easily from the hotel lobby. Conducting business at the front desk and moving luggage to the room was a shap. Assistance was available if needed. I would gladly stay there again.

Positives: This hotel was well kept and the staff was friendly and not pushy.

Negatives: I had no dislikes.

The bed was comfortable, bathroom nice. The room was too small and the hallways and elevator were very dirty. The hotel needs a new paint job, too.

Positives: The staff was extremely friendly and helpful

Negatives: The hotel needs a new paint job and is not very clean

Worth the priceline price.

Positives: Rooms were very modern and clean.

Negatives: The parking area is a public garage and was not terribly clean.

We checked in and felt as if we had interrupted the front office staff. Our keys did not work, our phone wouldn't work and we had to go to front desk for room service order and it took over an hour. Our linens were stained with what looked like cheetoh powder and we had cigarette burns in the bed sheets. The room smelled of bad mildew and sure enough, you could see the black fungus in the grout lines.

Positives: Good location for Robinson Center and good parking.

Negatives: Not clean and staff unreceptive to maintenance issues.

The hotel services and amenities were nice. The only thing that was a bit of a downer was the parking . It was managed by an outside company and you had to go to the lobby for a stamp before you left each time you left the property. Otherwise, you would have to pay another parking fee. The location was great. Room Service was delicious!

Positives: The location of this hotel is prime for those seeking to enjoy downtown.

Negatives: The parking is managed by an outside entity. Everytime you want to leave, you have to get a stamp inside the hotel.

I absolutely loved my stay at the DoubleTree. The balcony view from my room was great. You could see the Arkansas River and all the lights from neighboring buildings. The bed was also a plus. I hated to leave it.

Positives: Excellent balcony view, delicious cookies, and heavenly bed.

Negatives: Everything was great.

Positives: Location was excellent, room was nice size, Wi-Fi was FREE.

Negatives: Ice machine never worked, housekeeping was rude when checking out.

The Doubletree hotel in downtown Little Rock, Arkansas offers a spectacular view of the river front and proves to be an excellent location for the business traveler or tourist. The lobby and rooms are spacious and offer amenities above those of surrounding hotels. However, the service of the staff did not reflect service one might expect of the hotel's star rating. While the rooms are aesthetically pleasing, offer modern technology and the bedding extremely comfortable, the walls of the room seem unusually thin. Unfortunately, I was able to hear all words of conversations on either side of my room. Interestingly, the individuals were not yelling but speaking naturally. My neighbors, complained of the same issue. We found it difficult to be upset with one another with the walls being so thin. Hotel staff did not seem to care when three different customers complained of the same problem. Additionally, I found the additional $7.50 charge for parking a little annoying given the price of the room.

Positives: The location is excellent.

Negatives: Staff was not overly friendly or helpful.

Hotel is a gem but with some of the poorest staff I've ever encountered. I left behind a small bag of medication and when calling to inquire, found no help whatsoever. How disappointing.

Positives: Decor and quiet.

Negatives: Staff.

Positives: The beds were fabulous!

Negatives: Paying for parking.

Very nice hotel, a little dated, needs some upgrades and to insulate the walls.

Positives: Large bathroom, nice flat screen TV.

Negatives: Thin walls, noisy neighbors, security latch missing.

The restaurant's breakfast buffet was a huge disappointment. The milk was sour. There were fruit flies. The fruit looked terrible. Hot food was averagely prepared. However, I would return because of the location and the quality of the REST of the hotel. I would not venture back into the restaurant next time.

Positives: The room and view of the river

Negatives: Restaurant was filthy; milk was sour; fruit looked/tasted awful.

Very nice hotel located near a nice row of restaurants. Staff are pretty attentive and things are clean.

Positives: Great location. Nice lobby area and rooms.

Negatives: Small pool with hours that are too short.

The hotel does not well accommodate customers. Other hotels have allowed us to request a King size room, but this hotel did not grant such requests. We have stayed at the hotel twice now and upon checkin, the staff at the front<BR/>was not very accommodating.

Positives: Good location, clean rooms, house keeping staff very friendly.

Negatives: Front desk staff was very rude.

This was the first time I stayed at a double tree hotel, but I was not surprise at the services since it belongs to the Hilton family chain.
