Typical older Holiday Inn rooms, brown carpet, small bathrooms, old TV. Beds were very comfortable, good free Wifi, nice lobby and friendly staff.

Positives: Very convenient, clean, low price.

Negatives: Heater was so dusty it set off the smoke alarm.

We enjoyed our stay at the hotel. It was a much better experience than our stay at the Marriott Buckhead Atlanta the two nights previous. All of the staff were so friendly and helpful including the restaurant personnel. The room was clean and comfortable. The pool was a nice treat. I would definitely recommend this hotel to people traveling with kids or who have a need to use the Internet (it's free here). The business center was nice. Overall this was a great experience.

Positives: The staff were all very kind to the kids. The pool was refreshing after a long day of travel and free Internet.

Negatives: The room was tight for four traveling with lots of luggage as we were moving.

A nice hotel near the expressway in Downtown Little Rock with indoor and outdoor parking options. Restaurant on site and restaurants within a 10 minute drive on the waterfront. Near the Clinton Presidential Library and within 7-10 drive from the capital building. Lobby was clean and nicely appointed. Second lobby had pictures of past presidents. Did not eat at Camp David Restaurant, but I heard the food was good. I had to make a couple of telephone calls to get it straightened out. Staff was very nice and helpful.

Positives: Location was great, restaurant onsite, & inside parking.

Negatives: The hotel charged me for the room again.

This hotel was located for easy access to downtown. The bathroom had an odor of sewer gas. Other than that it was alright.

The staff was one of the best I've seen.. not just with me but every guest from what I experienced. They are all about the customer for sure. Clean, accommodating, nicely decorated and interesting with the presidential theme.

Give time to enjoy the artwork and memorabilia of the presidents located in the lobby and through the lobby hallways. The owner seems to truly care about this hotel. The rooms are clean with upgraded bedding. The staff is great.

Positives: The staff was professional, eager to please and friendly. The presidential decor in the lobby was equivalent to a museum.

Negatives: Though it's a downtown location, it's on other side of interstate. Prompt shuttle service is available. Closer to the capitol.

The Holiday Inn Presidential is an excellent choice in Downtown Little Rock. From the complimentary airport pickup, most friendly front desk staff, I seen in a long while, nice room accommodations, excellent service in restaurant/lounge, to the drop off and pickup at my job location in Downtown Little Rock, and finally returning me to the airport. All the staff I encountered ask if I was enjoying my stay or if they could make it better for me. I was even served a coke with lemon slice, complimentary, from the owner of the Holiday Inn Presidential just by sitting in the lobby working on my laptop! They definitely understand Customer Service.

Positives: Free shuttle service within downtown - did not have to rent car.

Negatives: I had no negative experience. Everything was better than expected.

The Holiday Inn Presidential was comfortable and well decorated although not plush. The sign in the restroom listing cost for stolen irons,hair dryers, towels etc. made me question the clientèle. The shampoo provided was thin and runny,and there weren't trash bags in the wastebaskets. Overall I felt like they were skimping.

Positives: It was well decorated and clean.

Negatives: The amenities were moderate to low quality.

Hotel is fine enough for a 2.5 star. Staff were friendly. The room was clean. Carpets need to be replaced. The tub in our bath was cracked, but repaired.

The hotel was neat and clean. The room was in good order. I did not eat at the hotel, so I am unable to rate the food or restaurant. The desk staff were friendly on check-in and out. The location of the hotel made travel in the city easy.

Positives: The staff was friendly and the accommodations were neat and clean. The location was very convenient to the interstate which made travel easy.

Negatives: I would request a room not on the side of the interstate next time (the traffic kept me awake most of the night).

What a great stay we had. I was traveling with my family of 6 and they were quick to make sure we had connecting rooms, and a roll away for my oldest son. The rooms were large enough to hold us, our luggage and kids. The staff was friendly, cooperative and quick to respond to our needs. The restaurant was great - buffet lunch each day that filled up the kids. I felt safe going in and out of the hotel and was offered shuttle service for me and the kids, while my husband had the car working in Little Rock. We were delighted with the staff, the pool and the location. I am glad we stayed here and we will stay again next time we are in Little Rock.

Positives: Friendly staff, soft pillows, comfortable bed.
