This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed at in Little Rock.
Very sub-par experience.
Positives: It was close to things I needed to do.
Negatives: The room quality was poor. Only one bed. The sleeper sofa was uncomfortable.

Negatives: Nothing

Although the room was ample with studio elements, it did not have the feel of a typical Marriott hotel. I would never pay the everyday rate for this hotel. It is badly in need of updates and/or remodeling. Also, the pool was not yet open for guests.
Positives: Spacious room.
Negatives: Had an economy feel.

Overall very friendly staff. Hotel was a bit dated, but convenient and cost effective for what I needed.

If on a business trip it would be ok. Not the kind of room
I wanted for a romantic evening with my wife.
Positives: Nothing.
Negatives: Room smelled of pets and cigarettes.

This was a good hotel, but I wouldn't consider it a 3-star hotel, more of an average 2.5. It was clean; however, we did have to change rooms because of a smoke aroma in the first one. They did quickly change us after informing them of the problem.
Positives: Location was good.
Negatives: Only had 1 Queen size bed available per room we were traveling with 2 women so one had to sleep on hid-a-bed.

Very disappointed. Not at the standard of a 3 star hotel. Have stayed at the Hampton Inn right next door that is rated a 2.5 star hotel and the Hampton was much nicer and better breakfast everything! There were ants in the room.
Positives: Location and probably a good choice for extended business stays.
Negatives: Dated, ants in bedroom, and was not at standard for a 3 star hotel.

Was very nice but I would not recommend using the sleeper couch, got two beds. I was not aware that if you entered 3 people staying that you would get one bed and a sleeper couch.
Positives: Loved the studio apartment, a lot of room.
Negatives: Sofa couch was not comfortable and only one little blanket and one sheet to make up couch as bed.

Our stay was relaxing and comfortable after a long drive from Houston.
Positives: The living area was comfortable and spacious.
Negatives: The vehicle traffic and outside lights showing in the room.

We had visitors and a guest, and the space met our needs really well.
Positives: Didn't feel like a standard hotel room.
Negatives: Pillows were not user friendly.

We arrived late and the front desk person was socializing and seemed put out at having to attend to us. The first room we were sent to smelled strongly of smoke. The second room we were sent to also smelled of smoke, though less so, and we were so tired we decided to stay in it. A mirror on the closet doors was broken, and the room appeared old and not extremely clean. The bed was ok, and the breakfast in the morning was OK.
Positives: It was a good.
Negatives: The rooms were smoky and not well maintained.
