This is a very comfortable hotel located conveniently close to downtown Little Rock. The staff went out of their way to be courteous and helpful. I would definitely stay here again.
Positives: The staff was very friendly and helpful and the room was very comfortable.
Negatives: I didn't find anything that was disagreeable.

The room was small and the bed tiny and hard. I would never stay at this hotel again at any price. The area is questionable with questionable people wandering around at my midnight check-in. Clerk barely spoke to me.
Positives: Nothing.
Negatives: Small cramped room.

This was the worst hotel experience I have ever had. The staff was horrible especially Cory at the front desk. We had a hard time getting Cory to give us towels after the housekeeper didn't service our room.
Positives: Nothing
Negatives: It was dirty, stinky, staff not helpful or friendly. Scary people.

The lobby of the hotel is attractive but the rooms are dirty. The quality of the bed linens is terrible. The personnel at the front desk are indifferent. The HVAC system is extremely noisy. This hotel is rated as a 2 1/2 star but it is definitely no more than a 1 star facility. Late arriving airline personnel are checked in ahead of other guests, including the handicapped, even though the airline personnel mentioned that they had a 12 hour layover.
Positives: Very attractive lobby.
Negatives: Filthy Carpet & Poor quality bedding.
Reviewer: Not provided on Sun 30 May 2010 rated 5 out of 10.
Marginal due to the lack of attention to good maintenance and management practices.
Positives: Easy to find.
Negatives: Poorly maintained, needs renovation &/or major emphasis on upkeep and selective replacement of flooring.

The friendly hotel staff and inexpensive price more than made up for the shabby appointments, worn fixtures and poor housekeeping.
Positives: Desk clerk was very accommodating and welcoming.
Negatives: Housekeeping needed substantial improvement.

My company had shipped a box to me and I was never informed by the front desk. I checked in on Monday and checked out on Thursday. The box arrived Monday morning before I had gotten there and was never informed. I drove to Hot Springs without knowing I had a package in Little Rock. I also needed to print something and after calling the front desk to see if they could print for me, I was informed they had a business center with computers and printers. I asked if I should put what I needed onto a disc and they told me yes. It took over 20 minutes (no exaggeration) to just log on to the computer and then to find out there was not CD Rom on either computer. Then I was told to email it to myself and print it from there. I went back to my room and emailed it from my laptop. Then went back down stairs and waited another 20 minutes to log in to the computer. After trying to print I was told the printer did not work on that computer and to use the one next to it. I again had to wait over 20 minutes to log on to this computer only to find out that they do not have Microsoft office or word on their computers so I could not print them. I ended up having to walk down to kinkos. Thanks for taking 2 hours of my life for nothing. How they can call that a business center is beyond me...Also had some guy walking the halls trying to beg for money in the middle of the night. He even knocked on my door a few times. I called the front desk and they said they were aware of the situation...then why did you not take care of it before it became a situation. Overall people were nice and place was nice but not sure if I would stay there again.
Positives: The location was great.
Negatives: The business center was bad.

We stood in line to check in for over 15 minutes. The carpet was old and dirty and the shower curtain was moldy. The walls are paper thin and you can hear absolutely everything.
Positives: Free parking and next to the Starbucks.
Negatives: Walls were paper thin.

Hotel was close to everything; staff was terrific; free breakfast was OK; and for the price it was top notch. I would stay there again!
Positives: Surprised this La Quinta was as nice as it was!
Negatives: Only thing was had to park in parking garage, just wasn't aware of that.

This was the nicest La Quinta I have ever stayed in. Besides a bit of light construction going on it was very clean and nice. My only complaint was that the exercise machines in the fitness rooms were old and didn't work well. I wasn't able to use the elliptical machine at all because of the noise it made.
Positives: Very nice, clean, good view.
Negatives: Horrible fitness room.

The hotel is in a great location but that is the extent of its convenience. My room was on the fourth floor on the front side of the hotel. Road noise: horns, lots of sirens and booming car speakers were clearly heard all night. Housekeeping failed to clean my room. The morning, of my second day, housekeeping knocked on the door at 8:30 am and I asked them to return later. For the next 35 minutes the two housekeeping men, loudly, carried on various conversations, in the hallway, with the F word, along with other colorful adjectives made up a large part of the vocabulary. They also left their cart parked outside of my door and repeatedly - at least 40 - 50 times, banged into the door causing a loud noise and it was so hard - each time, that it shook that door and wall. The shuttle service, from the hotel to the Riverwalk area, was excellent and very dependable with very courteous drives. The front desk person was outstanding - 5 star service from her.
Positives: The front desk person, was outstanding!
Negatives: Did not clean my room and room was very noisy.

The hotel is old. It had few amenities. The room was clean. The shuttle service made up for the location. Parking was convenient. It was inexpensive which my objective was. The breakfast was acceptable.
Positives: Good shuttle service.
Negatives: No restaurant.

The La Quinta staff was great. The free hotel shuttle did pick-ups and drop-off within a 2.5 mile radius of the hotel so we didn't need a cab. They even picked us up after hours. The room was comfortable and spacious. The provided toiletries weren't great. Overall it was a better than most La Quintas I have stayed at. I would stay there again.
Positives: The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful and the room was nicer than your typical La Quinta.
Negatives: I wish the breakfast hours were longer. Not everyone gets up before 9AM on the weekend.

Nice rooms and a little disorganized.
Positives: They responded to problems quickly.
Negatives: Front desk did not have the usual maps and info.

The family made an emergency trip to Arkansas children's hospital from southwest Arkansas. I needed a room at the last minute that would be comfortable and relaxing. La quintal inn suites little rock downtown fit the purpose with there large king suite. They have a whirlpool tub, wet bar, French doors, wonderful furniture, and large rooms. I would definitely stay there again.
Positives: The king suite was big and awesome. Plenty of room.
Negatives: The construction to make improvements which I am not complaining since the results are going to improve the hotel.

Negatives: No complimentary breakfast.

A shame to see a hotel that, no doubt, once was a great hotel in a state of deterioration.
Positives: Convenient Location and could be first class.
Negatives: Stale and unkempt.
