The rooms were terrible and staff, including the manager, was unaccommodating. I had a reservation there, they couldn't fill it, offered me two smoking rooms when I had reserved a non-smoking room, then, argued that they couldn't refund my money. Rude and dirty, will never go there again.

Positives: Good location for Jonesboro activities.

Negatives: Rude staff and dirty rooms.
