Hotel management was nice and helpful. They charged extra for pets. Hotel is close to food and coffee. Williams is a nice small tourist town 50 miles from the Grand Canyon.

Positives: The price.

Negatives: The breakfast.

I think we were overcharged. We requested 2 queen bed and our room had double beds. The bed felt like it was full of wadded up newspaper, the sheets weren't crisp and white they were thin and dingy.

Positives: The bath room was clean, but very small.

Negatives: The placement of the air conditioner blew in my face all night.

Older building, no tub/shower only.

Positives: Heated pool & hot tub, convenient access to highway.

Negatives: Small & limited parking area.

We rented this room because of the price. About an hour away from the Grand Canyon. The king sized bed was comfy, there was a fridge in the room, the TV was fine, and the shower was nice and hot with good water pressure. The room was a bit cold and took a while to warm up with the personal heater, but over all I was really happy with this room especially for the price.

The hotel was conveniently at a walking distance from everything. The service was excellent. Our room was clean and welcoming. Overall I had a great experience. One thing I did not like was that the bottles of water were for sale. They should be complimentary to the guest.

Positives: It has great service.

Negatives: The swimming pool looked dirty & smelly.

The hotel was ok for that area, but not for the money.

Positives: The pool was clean the water was warm.

Negatives: The bed was so bad; it was so old it was hard. The air was awful; it blew right at the bed in your face.

Williams, AZ is a tourist trap in the purest sense of the word. Capitalizing on its (registered copyright) status as "gateway to the grand canyon," everything there was overpriced and underwhelming. You're much better off spending the night in flagstaff and driving right on past on your way to GC. The Travelodge was wickedly overpriced, as I imagine all the rest of the hotels in this town were (none really looked better). If for some reason your car explodes and you desperately need to spend the night here, go ahead. Otherwise, look elsewhere for a decent room.

Positives: Good TV channel selection, nice bath fixtures.

Negatives: Loud, dingy, drafty bathroom.

I would stay again for a short night solely because of price. The office clerk, a man, was very friendly.

Positives: Price.

Negatives: Heater ran constantly unless I turned it off.

I was were disappointed with the quality of the room, the wall were dirty, the bathroom small. the bed to low. We expected a king had a small queen, more like and oversize full. The room didn't feel or smell clean.

Positives: No comment.

Negatives: The beds were small and low to the floor, the room was above the hot tub, and could smell the chlorine, shower and toilet were to small and low.
