Very nice property, wish I could have taken advantage of the tennis courts but they closed them early to set up for the fireworks show. Overall a great experience!
Positives: All of the holiday weekend activities.
Negatives: Very slow pool service to get drinks and food.

With a one night stay it was difficult to adequately assess the resort options. But the staff was helpful and friendly,
Positives: Stylish, comfortable beds. Nice dining areas, views.
Negatives: Room was hard to locate from parking area.

I found the hotel to be a luxury hotel, but was surprised that it did not have covered parking. It was 105 and there was no shade to park in. The kids burned their hands touching the seat belts. They did love the water slide. However, there was a child's birthday party and with all the extra kids and adults there for the party, the wait was really long for the slide and the pool was extremely crowded.
Positives: The kids loved the water slide.
Negatives: No assigned parking for each room and no covered parking.

It is wonderful and the views are fantastic. The staff is very friendly and the bedding luxurious. We slept for 9 hours everyday.
Positives: The beds and bedding were amazing. We also loved the flexibility to move around with beverages and the cleaners were so kind and flexible.
Negatives: Loved everything.

A real pleasure to stay here if you like quiet and relaxed setting. Comfortable bed and beautifully furnished room.
Positives: The views are outstanding, friendly relaxed atmosphere - we hated to leave.
Negatives: The beautiful palm trees in front of the hotel looked thirsty and in need of trimming - made the hotel look tired.

This hotel is consistently clean and comfortable. We were not able to use the pools this time due to cold rainy weather, but the pools are wonderful! We come here for weekend getaways with our daughter, and she loves it! There are 3 pools: a zero-entry mushroom fountain pool for babies, one large pool for laps and water sports, and one with a water slide. They always have special events on holiday weekends, and they only allow hotel guests into the pool areas, so it's not ever too crowded. Really great place to get away without leaving Tucson!
Positives: We have stayed here several times, and it is always clean and comfortable.
Negatives: We had a loud neighbor in the next room.

Overall, it was a great experience and me and my husband enjoyed our mini get away.
Positives: The hotel has an amazing view of the mountains.
Negatives: We stayed in a villa, and it's in a secluded area. It was kind of scary at night, and

A very charming place with nice ambiance. The walkways were pretty and the pool was nice. The front desk was very welcoming although the doormen were not quite so professional. Parts of the hotel seemed a bit dated but overall the rooms were pretty, and clean. The gift shops were a bit lacking and only the newspaper shop had a inviting friendly employee, the rest seemed bothered at being disturbed. It was a long walk from the car to the room, I was very happy to have my husband there to assist with luggage.
Positives: Staff was very friendly.
Negatives: The doormen gossiped a lot. Long walk from room to car.

Positives: Location and swimming pool.
Negatives: Public spaces were very dirty.

Priceline gave us a great price for a luxury resort. Very happy with large room, nice bathroom, great pool for kids. Would have liked refrigerator in room however.
Positives: Kids loved the pool slide and pool shop.
Negatives: It seemed like a long walk from the car parking to room.

The hotel was great and I would recommend it. However the lobby staff was snooty, rude and unfriendly.

Would recommend to golf travelers for northern Tucson. Need a car. No stores or restaurants within walking distance.
Positives: Spacious, friendly staff, quiet, and secure.
Negatives: Had to walk by the maintenance/refuse area to get to room.

I found this hotel to be in a beautiful setting but the room itself was just like any other lower star room. Nothing special to distinguish itself from others that I have stayed in. I could hear everything said in the room next to me and the shower faucet made an annoying whining sound as I took a shower.
Positives: Beautiful scenery.
Negatives: The walls were way too thin. I could hear people talk all night next door.

This hotel was beautiful, peaceful, and restful. The surrounding grounds were absolutely beautiful. The pool was clean, and was set up for not only lounging, but also fun like volleyball nets, games, our older children had a wonderful time. The staff at the hotel met all of our needs in a timely manner. I would give this hotel my business again.
Positives: The staff was very helpful in meeting our needs. The room was clean, and attractive. Grounds beautiful.
Negatives: Can't think of anything.

The grounds were well kept, the staff was very friendly and the overall experience was very enjoyable. We would love to stay again for a more extended visit.
Positives: The resort was fabulous. The employee at the desk greeted me by name and said they were waiting for us to check in. He was great!
Negatives: There wasn't anything we didn't like. The food was a little pricey.

Very friendly staff with outstanding customer service. However the room's was not kept air conditioned so in our 100 plus degree weather it took a while to cool off the room, and it was a buzz kill to enter a hot room. We wanted a king size bed and were not given one despite several requests. There was no microwave unit in the room. The room was tidy but not exactly clean, especially the bath tub. The AC solenoid was extremely noisy and kept waking us up through the night. Parking was limited and very inconvenient as the units are a large distance away through steep walkways. The room decor was modern, quiet and elegant. The hotel is nestled right against majestic mountains which provides a unique backdrop and beautiful setting.
Positives: Decor, setting, spacious, and was secluded.
Negatives: Inconvenient parking, noisy air conditioning unit and there was

The resort is friendly and eager to please with comfort and beauty in mind. The Dos Locos restaurant (Latin fusion) is overpriced as my meat was overcooked and tough.
Positives: Laid back atmosphere and comfort.
Negatives: Only dining options on site were pricey.

I really enjoyed our stay. We originally reserved one night, but we liked the property so well that we added a second night. The one draw back was the somewhat noisy person in the room above us. The rooms could use better insulation.
Positives: The room was nice and spacious. I found it very comforting.
Negatives: They charge for in-room internet connections.

Very nice resort located in the Ora Valley, North of Tucson (unfortunately the area is now a suburb with the housing and shopping mall sprawl). The hotel has a great swimming pool, small, cute kiddy pool and a small water slide. You’re in a gorgeous surrounding when sitting around the pool with lush landscape and a pretty view of the mountains. There is a golf course, tennis courses and a fitness facility on site. Hilton has canceled their resort fee charges and you pay as you use them instead of everyone paying the $20 per day resort fee. To use the fitness center was $10 a day.
Positives: Ground were beautiful, in a very safe area North of Tucson.
Negatives: Bed was very comfortable and new, the carpets did look very worn and the bathtub leaked.

Great place to get away for a beautiful weekend I only wish we could have stayed for more than one night.
Positives: The scenery around the resort was beautiful and the rooms were very nice.
Negatives: There was nothing to dislike!

Beautiful resort hotel for golfers and tennis players looking to play in sunny weather during the winter. The hotel is beginning to show signs of wear and would benefit from a remodel in the near future.
Positives: Large rooms, beautiful mountain views.
Negatives: Rooms are a little worn.
