This was a simple and quick stay and this hotel offered what we were expecting.
Positives: It was exactly what I expected for the price and location.
Negatives: It wasn't good or bad.

Carpet was filthy, with huge stains on it. Bathroom fixtures and caulking had mold, TV did not work properly, and room had a musty odor.
Positives: Location off main highway.
Negatives: Lack of cleanliness or upkeep of the room.

Room was clean and good price. The shower did not work, and asking the clerk for help seemed to be infringing on his time for relaxation.
Positives: Price.
Negatives: Shower did not work.

It was too expensive for what it had to offer. Kind of a dumpy hotel in need of a lot of repair.
Positives: The beds where comfortable, and it did have great water pressure.
Negatives: It was smelly, sheets were not clean and there was a leak under the sink that had the whole floor soaked!

We were deeply disappointed in this lodging facility. The rooms were poorly kept. There was food and other debris under the headboard of the beds. The carpets were dirty. The room entrance door has a 1/2" to 3/4" gap under the door, allowing bugs to enter the room. The concrete walkways and walkway ceilings are deteriorating. The stair rail is bent (outward) and has a gap sufficient for a small child to fall through from the second floor. The rooms have insufficient outlets, with no convenient location to plug-in cell phone, laptop, or other chargers. The room was marked and sold as a "non-smoking" unit. However, the room has cigarette odor and there was an ash tray and matches on the night sand. The manager should be counseled on conducting auto repairs on site. From the moment of our arrival, he and others were working on the vehicle (apparently repairing the engine) near the entrance to the hotel parking lot. Note: this property should be closed and thoroughly renovated prior to reopening.
Positives: The property is conveniently located to our points of interest.
Negatives: Very poor housekeeping and maintenance. Facility desperately needs repairs.

The hotel was difficult to find, off the beaten path. Also, a continental breakfast was advertised, but there was no place to sit down, and it consisted of coffee and a few donuts. I would not stop there again.
Positives: The room was clean and comfortable.
Negatives: The staff was not prepared and could not find our reservation. Also, there was considerable noise during the night.

I was disappointed frankly, first the hotel staff failed to clean our room one day and the other day I had to call for them to come up and do it in the evening.
Positives: Internet access.
Negatives: Did not clean room two of four days.

This is the second worst hotel I have ever stayed at in my life. I would tell the story of #1 but it isn't relevant. The hotel was almost impossible to find, the parking lot was so steep to enter that I scrapped the back end of my vehicle, it smelled horrible. It stated that it was a non-smoking room, but it smelled like a combination of damp basement and smoker bar. The hot water did not work in the sink. The room just looked generally dirty. I chose not to partake of the continental breakfast. Just didn't want to chance it. If the scale for hotel ratings has been changed from 1 through 5 to 1 though 100 then that is an accurate rating. Otherwise, it is horribly incorrect. I only selected 1 as the rating on question number 9 because there was not a lower selection available.
Positives: There were not any roaches.
Negatives: Dirty, smelly, uncomfortable beds, difficult location to find, poor plumbing, did not smell like non-smoking.

I was very nice and the desk clerk called us shortly after checking-in to make sure that always well and to find out if we needed anything. Very good service for the money.
Positives: Friendly staff and local dinning information available with directions.
Negatives: No complaints.
