This hotel is a budget choice. It is conveniently located in the edge of Downtown Walla Walla and just outside the Whitman College campus. For travellers on a budget, this hotel does a good job of providing a clean relatively comfortable place to sleep at a low price.

Positives: It is clean and convenient

Negatives: The bed is not as supportive as I would like

If you are looking for a place to stay and not break your pocket book, this is the place. But, do not expect much. It is adequate. Right across the street from the pool which is handy if you are in town for a swim meet.

Positives: Price.

Negatives: Bad breakfast.

This was one of the most disgusting places I have ever stayed at. The room was old, dingy, dirty. While at a convenient location downtown, that is the only positive attribute.

Positives: Nothing.

Negatives: The room floor and shower were dirty. The bed was not comfortable.

It was easy to find and easily accessible. The beds were comfortable and it had more amenities than listed. No problems checking in and room location was clearly explained. Downside. Needs thorough cleaning, noticeable grime build up in bathroom and that's one room Im picky about.

Positives: Easy access.

Negatives: Needs some severe cleaning.

The hotel was reasonably clean, and the beds were quite comfortable. Unfortunately, the cleaning staff had neglected to take the towels hanging on the bathroom door from the previous visitors, and when they cleaned the room during the day they were a bit overzealous and 'cleaned up' my wife's facecloth (which did not belong to the hotel), which she'd left out (meaning it was gone when we got back to the room). Also, the toilet was running when we got there; some fool had made the chain connecting the drain plug too short, so I had to fix that to prevent the toilet running constantly; trivial, but doesn't say much for the competence of the people working there.

Positives: The beds were comfortable and they had a good TV channel.

Negatives: Rates were higher than expected and there were dirty towels in the bathroom when we checked in.

After I had paid for two nights, I called the property to make sure that a 1 a.m. arrival would be all right. I was assured it would be fine. When I got to the locked door, though, and rang the bell, no one came. I called the hotel on my cell phone and was told that the office closed at 11 p.m. and that they were very sorry. They didn't come open the door until I told them that I had already paid them. The bed was atrocious, a full size rather than the queen I selected. Cheap towels, bad coffee, and no water in the hot tub.

Positives: It was air conditioned.

Negatives: The bed was so bad that my back is still giving me fits four days later.

This was a great place for me to stay for my three weeks.

Positives: Having coffee in the room with the refrigerator.

Good location, easy walk to downtown on Main Street and Whitman College. Rooms are run down, but clean. Outdoor pool looked clean. Breakfast is mediocre. Just cellophane wrapped Danishes, fruit and coffee.

Positives: Only the location. Next to downtown, Safeway, restaurants and Whitman College.

Negatives: Run down, although clean. Poor temperature controls. Priced too high.

Hotel was quiet and pretty clean. Staff was relatively helpful. Had shower, safe, iron and board, outdoor pool, (sauna/hot tub was empty), available breakfast was muffin, apple, banana, coffee, tea. Pool had a chemical problem so we did not get to use it on the last day, but it worked for a safe and quiet place to stay.

Positives: Had a pool and this room had it's own balcony outside.

Negatives: Breakfast was very limited, towels ran out, pool opened later than stated.
