We stayed at this hotel last year also, it is exactly where we need it to be for location. we will stay there next year also.

Positives: Convientently located.

Negatives: Parking

For the price this hotel was a very good value. The buffet breakfast was had lots of variety and was surprisingly good. Unfortunately there was a terrible smell in all the hallways. The pool was very cold and didn't seem heated at all. The hot tub was only warm and not hot. The bedding was clean but the rooms over all cleanliness for very poor. The beds were too soft and it was difficult to get a good nights sleep. The staff was friendly and helpful. We were in Spokane for a 2 day shopping trip so overall the good value and location of this hotel suited our needs. If we go back for another shopping trip we would probably choose this hotel again if the price is as low.

Positives: Price was reasonable, room was large, bedding was clean.

Negatives: The hallways had a horrible smell , the overall cleanliness of the room was very poor, dusty and lots of crumbs on coffee maker, fridge and microwave.

It took a long time for us to raise anyone at the front desk when we arrived. Later, when we realized that there appeared to be only one girl trying to run the entire hotel, we understood. She did her best, but the pool was ice cold and there were no towels. When this was brought to her attention, she was simply too busy to do anything about it. The room was clean and as long as we didn't need anything extra, the stay was pleasant.
Positives: Check-in was fast and easy, as was check-out. Staff was friendly and tried to be helpful.

Negatives: When we arrived, there was only one girl on duty. She simply wasn't capable of helping everyone and manning the phones.

Positives: Lot of

Negatives: There was no phone book or pen in the room/bath towels were thin.

This was okay
for my particular needs for this trip. Not sure I would recommend it to others. It was quiet for street noise which I was concerned about but other room noises were troublesome.

Positives: Location was perfect for my needs.

Negatives: I was disappointed that the people in the room above was up after midnight and I heard them walking around.

I have stayed in this hotel occasionally since opening day. Great staff, helpful, courteous and prompt attention. The facility has some kind of unpleasant odor on the upper levels, leading me to think it's time to do some serious cleaning and carpet upgrade. I'll stay again anyway as I love the convenient location/people.

Positives: Friendly people, location, extras all really nice.

Negatives: Rooms-halls are ready for thorough cleaning.

I am not disabling but I can see where a disable person could become very frustrated. The ramp from the one disabled parking spot near the front door is somewhat Narrow and the limited space (due to flower pots and benches) makes using the luggage cart rather difficult for seniors. I can only imagine the difficulty a person in a wheel chair or walker might have. In the absence of assistance with luggage at the main door, I would have found a ramp from the covered entrance driveway very helpful. I was surprised to find only two drawers in the room and one of the drawers was very difficult to open. Otherwise, I found the hotel pleasant and met my needs.

Positives: Easy access from local businesses and very quiet.

Negatives: Poor access to front doors when using luggage cart.

Staff quickly and politely adjusted the reservation to accommodate a 2 queen bed room. I've stayed there before and will continue to seek this property out for my trips to Spokane.

Positives: Good breakfast; great pool and hot tub; friendly.

Negatives: Used to be spiffier; kind of shabby now.

We liked that it was located a little outside of the city center, less hassle and traffic around us. It was very quiet and relaxing. We enjoyed the clean pool and the other hotel facilities. The staff at the hotel was very pleasant, always friendly and ready to help. Super people. The nights were quiet and there were No loud parties at this hotel. The hotel offers plenty of parking without extra charge. Computer is available and Internet also. I have been happier at this hotel compared to some of the bigger downtown hotels. I would recommend this hotel to any travelers especially to people who like big breakfast (no extra charge for the breakfast). Four stars for this wonderful hotel.

Positives: This hotel has an exceptional continental breakfast with homemade waffles, a variety of cereals, different bakery items, biscuit and gravy, fruits.

Negatives: There was absolutely nothing unpleasant or negative about this hotel. We had a fantastic stay there.

The hotel was good in some ways but bad in others. Breakfast was good and lobby internet worked fine. The room was smoky, the beds were uncomfortable, there was also a 6:30 a.m. smoke alarm. I spoke with another guest who said this was the 2nd time this happened there. Apparently someone burnt a waffle in the breakfast area. Also the hotel was filled with college athletes attending a football game. Not my best pick.

Positives: High speed internet, continental breakfast.

Negatives: Assigned a smoking room, beds were cheap and uncomfortable.

Great location for us, but a little difficult to get to when crossing traffic. Staff was super friendly and it was quiet despite all the traffic around us. Our room was spacious and great for the price. We had everything we needed plus a great breakfast. It was a bit crowded when we went for breakfast, but the staff allowed us to sit in the lobby and it was fine.

Positives: The breakfast was outstanding.

Negatives: Did not have any shampoo in the suite, but had our own, so didn't ask for any.

Ramada Inn and Suites is a quality hotel that is excellent for a family vacation. The location of this hotel is close to a shopping mall with several restaurants, and is easy to find. The hotel offers a swimming pool and hot tub as well as a continental breakfast.

Positives: Location, quality and price

Negatives: The continental breakfast did not have fresh fruit.

This was not the Animal Kingdom Hotel, but the Ramada in Spokane, Wa. The first room was billed as a non-smoking room, but wreaked of smoke. The new room was better, but only one out of two sink faucets worked. The last night we were there the fire alarm kept going off in the hotel. Instead of bringing in an on-call repair service, the staff kept trying to reset it, with the result that our sleep was interrupted at least four times. On January 1st, there was insufficient cleaning staff to clean our room and make the beds after we got up at about 11 a.m. (This should have been anticipated on the holiday). The continental breakfast featured cold cereal and stale doughnuts from Hostess. The physical plant is not bad for a Ramada mini-suite hotel, but the ineptness of the management made this an avoid-it-at-all-costs experience.

Positives: Staff tried to solve problems.

Negatives: Ineptness of management staff.
