For the price that Priceline got for me ($90/not) this hotel was unbeatable. Last minute booking (24hrs before) Very nice room. Great location downtown Seattle.
Positives: Nice, Affordable, Downtown.
Negatives: Expensive room service.

Great location for all events in downtown Seattle. Friendly staff. The biggest drawback if you're traveling with kids was the lack of a swimming pool. I think I'll try to find a different location to park next time IF I stay at the Crowne Plaza. Parking was pretty expensive.
Positives: Great location.
Negatives: Lacked a swimming pool for the kids. Parking fee were extremely high.

We had a very good stay at the Crowne Plaza. Everything was nice. The only negative that has been stated before is that parking is over $39 a night after taxes. We paid about $160 for 4 nights which is the same amount that we paid for the rental car for the week. Even $20 a night would be tolerable.
Positives: Convenient Downtown location.
Negatives: You have to make parking fees more reasonable. Over $39 a night after taxes.

Tucked on the edge of downtown Seattle, the Crowne provides straightforward accommodations and a friendly, attentive staff. The hotel is clean, the rooms have desks and extra chairs, and the bathrooms are spacious.
Positives: Relatively close to Washington State Convention Center.
Negatives: Lots of highway noise.

The only thing I like about this hotel is the location. Its very convenient. Other than that I would not stay here again.
Positives: Good location.
Negatives: No free wifi, or breakfast. The room has no fridge is small and the walls are so thin you hear everything next door.

Overall, the hotel was fab. However, the valets put a nice sized door ding and a huge scratch a few inches away on our brand new rental car. They did not own up to it, but we noticed it immediately when they brought us our car and they filled out an insurance claim for us without any trouble. It would have been nice for the hotel to comp out our $114 valet charge, but it wasn't mentioned.
Positives: The view was phenomenal.
Negatives: There was not the option to park our own vehicle.

The hotel was better than anticipated, clean and spacious.
Positives: Walking distance to a lot of things.
Negatives: Elevator was a little slow.

Overall, our experience was pleasant, except for the constant din of traffic coming from the I-5 freeway and surrounding interchanges. The staff was friendly & helpful. Our room was clean & spacious. The breakfast buffet was very good. Hotel parking charges are very high, but fortunately there was a more reasonable and affordable alternative nearby.
Positives: Good location relative to downtown shopping, entertainment and restaurants.
Negatives: Our room was on the NE corner next to I-5. The constant traffic noise made it difficult to get a good night's sleep.

You will rest well in this hotel, have access to Seattle downtown in easy walking distance, be doted on by the staff and want to stay here again. Just eat somewhere else and plan to pay through your nose for parking and Internet - which will probably make you want to look for a different hotel next time you stay in Seattle. I know I will.
Positives: Great location. Great staff. Quality rooms, linens, TVs, views - loved it.
Negatives: Ridiculous parking and Internet fees. Restaurant is not impressive at all - food is underwhelming.

The Crowne Plaza was located in a convenient area of downtown Seattle, and within walking distance of many shops and bus stops. The bell staff was courteous, the rooms were very clean and spacious, and the view from our floor was spectacular.
Positives: The great view and in room robes.
Negatives: No vegetarian/vegan food options.

Very friendly environment, nice rooms, the one down fall besides having to pay for parking is there was no microwave which is very handy if you travel with small children.
Positives: Every time we needed assistance from hotel staff they were very quick, friendly and helpful.
Negatives: Had to pay for parking, $37 a night is expensive.

The hotel had no swimming pool or whirlpool. This was really a disappointment. The room was really stuffy as the hvac unit did not work and was not fixed when we were there. The room was attractive, but did not face the bay.
Positives: The room was clean and spacious.
Negatives: The heater/air conditioner did not work.

Great hotel, everything you'd expect from 3.5 - 4 star hotel. Late night attendant at the front desk was the only person that was rude and unfriendly. She acted as she was too busy to talk to people staying at the hotel. Other than this, I have nothing but good things to say about the hotel.
Positives: Location and price.
Negatives: Late night shift person, rude, snappy and unfriendly.

Location is good, walking distance to many places, but overpriced for what you get.
Positives: Cleanliness.
Negatives: Not very informative about services at the hotel. Not informative or forthcoming about extra fees at the hotel. Check-in was poorly done.
