This was a convenient stop for us enroute to our cruise. You could hear the neighbors TV at 2:00 am, but the street noise did not reach our room which was on the 4th floor. The room was spacious with a king bed. Very comfortable.

Positives: Close to Downtown and provided shuttle there.

Negatives: Not enough space in the complimentary breakfast room.

We stayed at this hotel both before and after a cruise. Our first room was probably the smallest hotel room I have been in. It was clean and well maintained though. When we returned we upgraded to the next level room which was much better for both size and amenities. The beds were comfortable and the room in general was well maintained. The staff were knowledgeable about the area and how and where you might want to go. They provided transportation to one of the sightseeing areas for us and help us get a limo to the airport when we left. The staff remembered us by name from the first to the second trip which totally amazed us. We will go back to this hotel if we are in Seattle again.

Positives: Very helpful staff, great location, good amenities both in general and in rooms.

Negatives: Some rooms are very small, air conditioner in first room was very noisy.

The staff is so bad. They claimed I didn't get this hotel booked. What they did to me is really bad and disrespectful. I had to wait 2 hours just for them to call for confirmation. Bad.

A generally comfortable motel with a great continental breakfast, good sized pool, free parking, and computer and printer for public use in lobby.

Positives: Located in walking distance from Seattle Center and Space Needle. Also had a great pool and fantastic continental breakfast.

Negatives: The rooms seemed drab and worn.

Overall for the price it was good. Parking was limited but free and we did get a good spot. It was a pet friendly hotel. The pool and hot tub were great. Didn't get a chance to have the breakfast though.

Negatives: The walls needed paint and the carpets looked dingy.

Hotel was very small, we were told there was onsite parking, but parking was very limited and we were charged for all of the days we were there even though we told them we wouldn't be needing the parking and were not refunded anything when we checked out.

Positives: Was in walking distance to most places we wanted to go to.

Negatives: Small, staff was not helpful. Room key didn't work every time we used it.

Overall, staff was fast, friendly & informative. Rooms were nice and clean (about on small side, but okay). Breakfast was good, were various choices for everyone.

Enjoyed our stay there - nothing glaringly wrong with the place. Awesome location to see sights in Seattle! We had a dog and though there isn't a place for the pet to go potty except a very small spot of grass that I didn't want to use, behind the hotel there was some very dry grass (due to lack of rain). It worked out great and pool was nice. Breakfast was more than the usual continental breakfast - they actually made eggs and corn beef hash too!

Positives: Location was good, breakfast great.

Negatives: Rooms were small, not much grassy area for pet usage.

Convenient location but "quality" is hardly the right adjective to describe this decaying hotel.

Positives: Located centrally for easy access to area attractions.

Do not stay here if you expect professionalism from staff, common courtesy from the hotel front desk and manager. I am appalled that people like the front desk person, maintenance staff and floor manager who, because I am a better person, I will not name. They gave me no advance warning that they were doing anything to the second parking garage and interrupted my trip to the Space Needle to come back and move my car. When I complained, I got yelled at, belittled, and bullied. All three of these people ganged up on me and would not allow me to speak my complaint. They sneered when I said they had poor customer service, I should know, I work for a national chain too. This was the worst vacation I have ever had and it's all due to the lack of customer service displayed by employees for this hotel. They should not be allowed to interact with the public.

Positives: Good walking distance to space needle.

Negatives: The customer service stinks.
