Really comfy beds. Nice that there was a pull out sofa. Pool is open till 11 which is great at the end of a long day running around Seattle. Breakfast needed more fruit but the make your own Belgiun waffles were fun.
Positives: Lobby decor.
Negatives: Breakfast could be better.

I enjoyed staying at this hotel. We enjoyed the breakfast buffet and the shuttle to the West gate mall. The staff was great. The room was very spacious and comfortable.
Positives: The breakfast buffet.
Negatives: The layout of the breakfast buffet made it difficult to get to food and there was not enough seating.

A little off the beaten path, but close enough to town that the shuttle was a big help.
Positives: Free shuttle to town, free big breakfast.
Negatives: Price of drink.

I love the spacious room, with two queen beds and a sofa bed, if there is a third person. A lovely touch is the kitchenette counter with a coffee maker, microwave oven, a mini fridge and a sink. We bought prepared food from Pike Place market and use the microwave to heat up for dinner as some days we were too tired to go out. The complimentary internet in the lobby was also very handy. They have a cocktail hour in the restaurant where complimentary snacks, like fried spring rolls and fried Wantan and drinks like wine, beer and soda were served. That was our dinner! Throughout the day, complimentary tea and coffee can be found in the lobby. Overall, I would definitely recommend to friends and will return again.
Positives: The complimentary breakfast was varied and substantial.
Negatives: The location is at the edge of the town center and there is practically nothing around the neighborhood.

This hotel totally felt like a 4 star or more. The service at the front desk was great, the room was immaculate and huge, way bigger than we expected. And it wasn't noisy at all. And we were there on new years eve, when it should have been noisy. I will definitely stay there again and would recommend it to friends and family.
Positives: Spacious rooms, good quality beds and linens, good prices!
Negatives: Nothing. Everything was fantastic.

The hotel was a very good place to stay for a business trip. It was close to downtown (walking distance) and had a cute and trendy neighborhood close by. There was some shady areas realtively close.

Negatives: Shady areas fairly close.

Overall, I was very pleased with my stay. You can access the 24 hour fitness gym across the street and the free breakfast in the morning was great.

Negatives: $20.00 parking per day.

Overall is a very nice hotel. Unfortunately the location isn't the best as there was street noise that woke us up during the nights.
Positives: Staff was very friendly.
Negatives: Street noise.

New, very clean, great and generous free hot breakfast but a bit of a walk to get to downtown market (they may have an hourly shuttle, but we walked it.) also, because the hotel is literally only feet from the freeway, you sort of hear that zooming traffic all night long but overall, very nice.
Positives: New and plenty of room, great hot breakfast.
Negatives: Noisy from freeway and a bit of a walk to downtown market, etc.

The hotel was clean, with friendly, helpful staff. The self-serve breakfast was awesome, a pleasant surprise. We were expecting cold rolls and coffee, not hot waffles with eggs, bacon and sausage. We left the car at the hotel and managed to get around the core of Seattle easily with a combination of walking and the free zone buses.
Positives: The desk staff was very friendly, informative, accommodating.
Negatives: Location was not the most convenient.

All of us were delighted with the rooms, service and buffet breakfast. Everything was top notch. In my opinion, the suites were well worth. Thank you Spring Hill Suites.
Positives: Will stay again.
Negatives: I found no problems with this hotel. None what-so-ever.

Very clean good customer service we wanted downtown location this was not downtown. Three woman went to Seattle and I did not feel real safe walking from hotel to downtown and back. When I go on vacation I like to walk.
Positives: Nice hotel clean.
Negatives: It was not downtown location.

I am absolutely in love with this hotel. They let us check in early (11:00am!) because they had rooms available, which was a life-saver with a traveling baby. The office area allowed us to set up the crib and still have a private sleeping area for the baby. The staff was super friendly and efficient. The breakfast was great. The room was super clean and the hotel location is perfect. They only thing that was disappointing was the parking situation. You basically have to use their 20$ valet parking.
Positives: Office area for crib and still private for Mom and Dad.
Negatives: The parking situation was a pain.
