For my purposes it was fine. I spend one night, twice a month in Seattle for work. I need someplace clean and convenient to downtown. For that it was fine.

Positives: Inexpensive, convenient to downtown Seattle.

Negatives: The immediate area near the hotel was desolate.

Two guys were helpful staff. Very good hotel can be selected for my next trip. Clean.

Positives: Safe, friendly hotel staff, good location, and clean environment.

Negatives: Nothing, probably parking expense for someone who rent a car.

The hotel staff was friendly. The hotel was secure and clean. The room amenities were nice (mini fridge, sink, microwave, coffee pot) The $10/night parking was really convenient. The location is close in proximity to Seattle Center, but the area at night is somewhat sketchy.

Positives: The hotel staff was friendly and the $10/night parking was convenient. Super clean!

Negatives: The area directly around the hotel isn't very attractive. The hotel appearance/cleanliness is great though.

If you are low income, on a tight budget don't go here you and your family will be treated like dirt and if you don't dress like Saks 5th ave, you're looked upon as something they just stepped in!

Positives: The room was clean.

Negatives: The treatment of lower income travelers was unbelievably bad!

Very good hotel for our needs on these dates. Close the the place we had to be on business.

Positives: Clean, friendly staff

Negatives: Additional cost for parking, $10 per day.

My wife had an appointment with a specialist in Seattle. We decided to get a room the day before and do some sight seeing. The parking is really tight like others have mentioned. The microwave and refrigerator are great for the price. The renovations I read about must be done as our room looked as new as any. We trued to check in early, but because we wanted a smoking room we had to wait. We ended up with two queens but for the same price as one queen.

Positives: For the price this hotel was great.

Negatives: Check in was 3 pm not earlier.

Clean, good staff, room was small but clean and comfortable, though stuffy, but the air conditioner coming on and off was very loud for sleeping. I had requested an upper level room with view, and being a Thursday night thought that should be no issue, but got a 2nd floor room with view of the next door building.

Positives: Convenient location for our early ferry departure next morning.

Negatives: Room hot, air conditioner loud. Hard to sleep with either hot room or noise.

I was unaware of a parking charge of $10 per night until I checked in.

Positives: Parking was very convenient.

Negatives: My hotel tile floor was dirty.

The staff is friendly and helpful in every way. The location was fairly close to where we needed to be. While the rooms are decorated basic, there was a microwave and small fridge (nice to have)guests above us were heard tromping back and forth until 1:30 a.m.so floor must not be insulated much between levels, overall, would stay again. Again staff excellent!

Positives: Friendly, helpful staff and

Negatives: No free continental breakfast, no real hot water and warm showers.

Reviewer: Not provided on Tue 09 Nov 2010 rated 7 out of 10.

Overall we were very happy with the hotel and the room which was clean and comfortable but there was a lack of insulation or something because it was very noisy thru the walls and ceiling. had to call security 2x in middle of night because of rowdy guests above us, security should have been more responsive the first time we called.

Positives: Rooms were very clean and comfortable, great shower.

Negatives: Noisy, walls and floors too thin.

Negatives: Location was in an older area.

The hotel is a typical Holiday Inn, not fancy but nice. The location is okay. Just a few blocks from the Space Needle, but a long hike to downtown and further to the pier. The refrigerator and microwave were nice to have.

Positives: The room had a refrigerator and microwave, nice perk!

Negatives: Surrounding area was just okay.

Reviewer: Not provided on Sun 25 Apr 2010 rated 7 out of 10.

It was more than adequate for our needs as they offered a van ride to the mariners games for a fair price.

Positives: Good location to transit systems and space needle. Didn't like to pay for parking.

Negatives: Didn't offer breakfast, sweet rolls, or any extras.

Reviewer: Not provided on Tue 20 Apr 2010 rated 6 out of 10.

The hotel was clean and the staff was very nice. The room had a refrigerator, microwave, coffeemaker, iron, ironing board, TV, and great bathroom. Two queen beds. Decent view of the city and surrounding area. The Emerald Grill downstairs has a nice happy hour and reverse happy hour. Didn't try the food, but drink specials were good. They also offer room service. Hotel can arrange cab and town car service for guests. Staff knows the area well and is willing to help you find what you need. Overall, hotel was great for the price and in a good location.

Positives: The room had a fridge, microwave, and coffee maker!

Negatives: Nothing.

I would like to recommend the hotel, the rooms were very nice and clean. However I can't really do so because the staff was very rude and unhelpful in nearly every situation. Furthermore, many rooms have noise issues, not well throughout or soundproofed to the hallway and upstairs. The beds are too soft for extended stay, but the bedding is very nice. The location is very accessible. No pool, but a very small basic room with a treadmill and a few other pieces of exercise equipment. I did appreciate there is guest laundry available on every floor. The staff seem smarmy and if you come across any issue you think could be easily resolved, they will blame the problem on you and waste your time until you insist on a solution or leave. I heard the phrase No one has ever complained about that along with fake indignation several times for very basic hotel requests, instead of working on finding a positive solution. Turns out several people experienced and complained the exact things.

Positives: Comforter, cleanliness good, layout of room, kitchenette.

Negatives: Noise problems, cleaning ignores DND signs, front desk rude and unhelpful.

Clean, well-run establishment with everything you need for a good night's sleep. Nice views, depending on room location.

Positives: Efficient and professional staff.

Negatives: Business center temperature was icy cold.

It was just ok.

Positives: The blankets were white not the ugly patterned ones.

Negatives: There was a broken down air conditioner next to our room. The sink was kind of dirty

The hotel was nice, clean, and the rooms were roomy. The staff was very helpful and courteous. I wasn't crazy about the location but it was within walking distance to the needle and a long walk to the pier. I would probably stay there again.

Positives: Staff was very friendly & room was nice.

Negatives: Location was just OK but was close to some attractions.
