Friendly, convenient to site/shopping, well-kept hotel in the middle of town.

Positives: Close to Spacce Needle & Fish Market.

Negatives: Should have been told $12 daily parking fee...not known before booking.

The shower had mold in it. I reported it twice, and still nothing was done about it.

Positives: Was in great location.

Negatives: The people at the desk did not seem friendly.

The room was small, old, and the furniture appeared to be dirty. We covered everything with clean towels before placing our luggage on it. We were both so sore each morning from sleeping on the old bed! The bathroom did not even have a bath tub!

Positives: The location was nice.

Negatives: The hotel was old, run down, and looked dirty. The room did not even have a bath tub!

The staff was great, the hotel was clean and nice for the price. The room was very oddly shaped and a little cramped, but comfortable and definitely quieter than other places I've stayed in downtown Seattle. Honestly for the deal I got, I thought it was excellent and I would stay there again.

Positives: Great staff, convenient location.

Negatives: The room was kind of oddly shaped, but comfortable for the price.

You definitely get what you pay for at this hotel. It was decent. We didn't stay in the room too much, which was a good thing. I would stay here again, just b/c it was cheap. And the location was ok.

Positives: The location was decent.

Negatives: The walls were really thin, the room was a little dirty.

It is an old property located right next to the monorail. We own a Travel Agency in Colorado and cannot recommend this hotel.

Positives: Free internet.

Negatives: Location, room was terrible.

For a Ramada it was clean and nearly current in decor.

Positives: I liked the fact that it was close to everything.

Negatives: The pillows on the bed were small and not comfy.

No hair dryers in room, noisy location, not convenient to mass transit.

Positives: We only stayed 2 nights.

Negatives: No hair-dryer, not on major transit lines and paper cups.

The Ramada was the perfect location for the price we paid. It is a lot of walking, so be prepared! But the key for us was that everything was within walking distance. The room was reasonable, had plenty of space, and lobby area was very nice. I would recommend staying here to others.

Positives: The location was exactly what we were looking for.

Negatives: We were right next to the hospital so we heard a lot of sirens.

Basic, comfortable, and clean hotel. The only problem we had was that the monorail ran right in front of our window. In the mornings it was a little loud and would wake me. Parking was $11 or $12 with in-out privileges.

Positives: Close to many major attractions.

Negatives: A bit too noisy outside.

For the price and location. It was eight blocks away from a concert venue. It was perfect. No frills, good price.

Positives: Great location, walk to heart of downtown Seattle.

Negatives: Drab room, older hotel. Clean, though.
