The hotel is conveniently located next to the Space Needle and other major city attractions. The hotel is clean, quiet and the rooms are very spacious and comfortable. This is a very nice hotel and the staff were really friendly and helpful.

We were pleased to get a kitchenette and an office, which were extras.
Positives: Good service upon check-in, clean and comfortable for a reasonable price.

Air conditioner, a wall unit was too loud. Faucet in bathroom was broken and hard to use. Hallways were hot and unventilated.

Walking distance to many attractions, space needle, experience music and a short drive to all the rest. Clean, secure and all the extras many places charge for, internet, breakfast, parking. I'll be back.
Positives: Very clean and comfortable.
Negatives: Kind of hard to get to, streets confusing.

This hotel is in a perfect location, right next to the new QFC at the Seattle Center, a block from Caffe Vita, and less than a mile from all the Fun Lower Queen Anne goodness. I have never slept so well in a hotel bed it was awesome! Pillows were fluffy and a variety of types, the staff was friendly. If I'm staying in Lower Queen Anne for new year's again, I'll definitely be back again!
Positives: Great location, friendly staff and comfy bed!
Negatives: The bathtub plug was counterintuitive and hard to get out.
