Exceeded my expectations.
Positives: Clean, handy to the concert we were going to and very friendly staff.
Negatives: Nothing.

The rooms were some of the smallest I've ever stayed in. However, I didn't need a lot of room, so it wasn't that big of a deal. The linens were actually very nice; better than I would have expected. The continental breakfast was very good and the 24-hour cookie bar was nice when I checked in.
Positives: Nice linens.
Negatives: Too expensive and the rooms were small.

Overall this was a nice place to stay, friendly staff, clean room, and a very nice continental breakfast.

This hotel is located in a central place in Puyallup...close to a mall, plenty of places to eat, close to PLU...as well as to churches. A great staff that is friendly every time you pass through the lobby. And a bonus plus are the treats for the guests (coffee bar, fresh apples, breakfast, fresh baked cookies). =) I enjoyed my stay!
Positives: Staff was very friendly the room was kept clean. Loved the continental breakfast!

This hotel was a great place, besides the other guests. They put us in the room they said they only rent out LAST right on the bottom floor next to the main door. So people stood outside our window ALL night talking LOUDLY... waking up my 2 yr old about 3times.
Positives: They tried to help with the problems.
Negatives: The hotel had some very annoying guests.
