If you put that many children in rooms that were there for a baseball game, etc. you should only put in one of the wings and we should not have to deal with them. Love children, but wanted privacy and sleep.

Positives: Friendly and courteous. Had all infor ready and room ready on arrival.

Negatives: Had a bunch of kids running in the halls. Loud and annoying.

Really enjoy staying here.

Positives: Friendly staff, and clean comfortable rooms.

Negatives: Unless you get a courtyard view, you're starring at a parking lot.

Great hotel if you do not get stuck on the south part of the hotel.

Positives: Clean

Negatives: Loud on south side of hotel, due to freeway.

This is an older ( approx 35 years) hotel. It's been very nicely brought up to date. The rooms were very clean and the beds comfortable.

Positives: Clean and comfortable. Nicely updated for an older hotel. Front desk staff very helpful with attractions.

Negatives: Too much noise from adjacent freeway.

The hotel was good. Always remember to request your type of room with the hotel prior to arrival. I forgot and had to sleep in a room with two Queens, and I'm a big boy and need a King.

Positives: Lots of space plus a great breakfast deal.

Negatives: The location isn't the best, but it works.

Wow, the friendliest and most-helpful staff I've ever come across. Rooms were clean, pool was great - if only they could have made the weather a bit warmer! The staff greeted my family, my 2-year old rottweiler with open arms.

Positives: Staff was so friendly, and welcomed.

Negatives: Minor point, cigarette smoke noted in hallways near the bar.

The Red Lion provided one of the best beds I have ever slept on away from home (maybe better). The Pasco hotel was full of courteous, friendly, and helpful staff. In one instance we were allowed to order off of a separate menu rather than the one for the restaurant. I ordered the fish and chips which were fantastic, great food and service at the restaurant. For the Priceline negotiation option we got a fantastic deal, and would highly recommend and ask others to trust the Priceline. Now if I can only find out the brand and style of the mattress that I slept on.

Positives: The beds and pillows were

Negatives: Carpet worn away in some high traffic areas.

The hotel was clean, very friendly staff; not sure, but it looked as if the pool had been filled in and the fenced in area was concrete with a center drain.

Positives: Convenient location for travel, clean; bed comfortable.

Negatives: There was a fair amount of freeway noise due to location.

The air conditioning was not working in the hotel. The hallways were 95+ degrees and the room was 85+ degrees. The only reason the room was cooler because the sliding door could be open. I called hotel staff to fix, they said they would and never came by. I must have called 4 times from 6 pm - 10 pm. Finally at 10 pm they offered me another room.

Positives: Location.

Negatives: Air conditioning was not working.

Great, friendly, and helpful staff with good amenities make this a good hotel for business travelers. Parking is plenty, safe and close to the room. Interior of hotel is okay, but outside can use some refinishing.

Positives: Great, friendly and

Negatives: Room was far away from the lobby. Outside can use some remodeling

The room was attractive and the beds were comfortable. The 1st room we were in, the heater was barely working and it was freezing out! Staff didn't want to move us - we had to demand to be moved or reimbursed for room. TV channels were not working. There are 2 bars in hotel, so not family friendly at all!

Positives: The beds were comfortable.

Negatives: The heater didn't work, staff didn't want to move us, until we got a bit grumpy, Not family friendly. Lots of out of orders.

We were visiting family in Richland and wished to stay there, so the location was bad for us. Then when we arrived, there was no parking available near our room and no elevator to the second floor. We were tired and even more upset to discover that our room had been broken in to and the locks/door jamb were severely damaged.

Positives: Quiet, attractive room at a great price.

Negatives: The lock, including safety catch were broken as if someone had bashed into the room.

This hotel is giant. Check in first and drive closer to your room if you have a lot of luggage. I was placed in a room right next to the garbage and the back of the kitchen. The room was pretty clean but the light switch plates were dirty. There were no free plug inn's near the desk for my computer. The bed was comfy. There are not a lot of services near this hotel.

Positives: The room service was good.

Negatives: The room smelled like garbage and smoke.
