I was traveling with an adult daughter, a younger daughter and her friend. There was something for everyone. We enjoyed the serenity before the weekend came. A deer even walked up to our sliding glass door and we enjoyed feeding it carrots. Friday night was our last night, and we felt good about leaving Saturday morning, as that's when things got loud and crazy. Its to be expected in a resort town, I guess. The noise Friday night was noticeably different as was the atmosphere at the pool. The maid didn't do that great of a job, but she did leave a note saying because we had left a bag on the bed, she couldn't touch it. The Starbucks counter in the lobby was very convenient. I found the continental breakfast to be adequate and the staff was very helpful. Overall, I was satisfied.
Positives: Pleasantly surprised at how nice it was!
Negatives: Noise from room directly above was ridiculous!

You can tell they're trying, but the income isn't going to maintenance or deep cleaning.
Positives: Friendly, helpful staff. Good breakfast. Good beds.
Negatives: Failed to clean our room 2 nights, stained rug in room.

Great location, easy to get there. Good staff, breakfast waffles good, hubby liked the biscuits and gravy, no eggs the second day:( There are places were the carpet is worn could be replaced.Weight room and pool good. They have late night pool for adults only. Like that.
Positives: We had an issue and they upgraded us, above and beyond what we hoped for.
Negatives: Housekeeping needs to do a double double check on the rooms.

While the bed and pillows were extremely comfortable, the hotel needs some slight improvements. Our bathroom needed new caulk and there were worn areas of carpeting in the hallways. The breakfast area was small, the staff kept it well stocked. Overall, a very good experience and a good value. We would definitely stay at this location again!

The kids really enjoyed the pool. It would be better if the rooms were equipped with either a VCR or a DVD player, rather than having to rent one. The free breakfast was really a nice feature. The biggest complaint I have is that the BEDS WERE AWFUL. Very lumpy and bouncy. I did not have one good nights sleep.
Positives: The pool was open 24 hours.
Negatives: The mattress were too lumpy and soft. Yuk!!!

Follow for approximately 18 miles to a left turn onto Highway 115 and follow to Ocean Shores. Upon entering Ocean Shores take the first right on Ocean Shores Boulevard and follow 3 blocks. Hotel is on the right side.
