I felt that the new owner was all about telling us how expensive it is to run this place. Upon our arival we were ment by the owner in the "convenience store" to get our key. We have stayed here in the past with no issue. It is pet freindly, the smell in our room proves it. WE are a family of 4 , we rented one or the upper rooms, we were provided 2 bath towels for 4 people. When my wife went to get more towels she was told that she is already getting such a good deal on the room (we paid full price for the 4th of july weekend.) Appliences are very old.

Positives: There is a TV, The beds are pretty comfortable

Negatives: Not Clean
No Maid service daily or even every other day
Management uses his cost for why things are lacking
No WiFi as advertised.
