We reserved a room and came to the B&B and found no one there to greet us. We came back 2 hours later and found a guest leaving and the owner still not there. We had her cell phone # and called her. It took almost a ten minute conversation before she remembered we had reserved a room only a week before. She said she was busy and didn't want to come back and clean the room for us and then said she was sorry I won't have a room for you. so in the end we didn't stay there, the place was very dirty, the owner had told us we didn't need to send her a deposit "just please keep your word you will show up and stay." We did show up and were written off. Fortunately we did find a good place to stay.

Positives: Nothing positive except finding a much better place to stay.

Negatives: Not clean, owner completely unprofessional. I would not recommend this place to anyone based on her inability to be a responsible owner.
