Nice facilities and close to shopping. Rooms facing highway can be noisy. On checkin we were given the wrong room key and had to come back to the front desk to exchange keys. Breakfast room is nice and staff there were excellent . Buffet breakfast is not included with a room. Sofa bed linens were not in the room and when requested we were brought linens and then had to ask the front desk to send someone to make up the bed.

Positives: Close to shopping and good breakfast; however, breakfast not included in room rate.

Negatives: Standard room is a King not 2 Queen's this information should be available, so you are not surprised when you arrive.

Very nice clean hotel, just not really family friendly. When I asked front desk why no extra bed sheet for sofa bed? They said they are 24 hour service! Wow, but we are arrive at middle night with younger children.

This hotel was clean and the staff was friendly, but I will not return to a Marriott Courtyard. The beds were extremely uncomfortable - they were hard and I could feel the springs (the mattresses were very thin). I woke up at least a dozen times each night due to discomfort and woke up both mornings with a sore back. I did not feel rested. The breakfast was ridiculously overpriced and tasted quite bland. There were a lot of choices, but the food was all of low quality. The pool was adequate.

Positives: Pool &amp; pool hours, friendly staff.

Negatives: Poor quality breakfast, uncomfortable beds, noisy air conditioner.

Great lobby atmosphere and happy hour. Comfortable room with plenty of space. Convenient location to I-5. Would stay again just not on the freeway side of the hotel.

Overall, hotel is good, however, they should not put anyone in room 231 which is above the entrance and extremely noisy. When I mentioned this to the front clerk, he was extremely apologetic and offered us a complimentary room during our next visit, which was a good way to restore our faith in the hotel. How about something different and good in the same price range. We love using Priceline. Thanks.

The hotel was a good selection for what I secretly bid for. It matched the 3.5 stars, was clean, convenient to shopping and food. We just stayed for one night after a whole day of shopping, but I would definitely choose here again next time I come to Lynnwood.

Positives: I like that it had a fridge and microwave in the room.

Negatives: the dark parking lot.

The hotel was very clean. The staff were very friendly and personable. We had just been to the Seattle Children's Hospital, so it had been a long day. I relayed that info to the staff, and they went out of their way to make me and my family feel comfortable. I would like to thank them for turning a bad day around for us.

Positives: I liked that the pool was open late.

Negatives: You had to purchase breakfast.

A nice hotel, but a bit surprising that they select who gets breakfast included, most hotels everywhere give at least a continental breakfast.

The hotel suits the needs of young couples to families very nicely. The breakfast is a combination of custom cooking (we had an omelette) and buffet style presentation and very tasty. There's 2 elevators at each side of the hotel instead of one in the middle so no one has to walk down long halls to get to an elevator.

Positives: Beautifully decorated Christmas tree and fire place.

Negatives: The training room had a broken air conditioner.

Warm greeting upon arrival. Friendly staff; very helpful. Breakfast included would be a definite bonus. We stayed at this hotel because it did have a hot tub, but ran out of time to enjoy it.

As a frequent business traveler, I would not use this hotel because it doesn't include a breakfast. $10.95/day is simply too much for a breakfast particularly during this economic time.

Updated decor, clean room and bathroom. Good shower. Happens to have a large group in the weekend. Unable to get 2 Queen beds the first night. Variation in staff helpfulness. Most staff is really polite and helpful, but one lady staff we encountered was rude and not responsive to our request.

Negatives: Busy weekend, difficult to get 2 Queen room.

Very easy to access from the freeway, and many restaurants are within the walking distance. The price is right; however, the maid service needs drastic improvements. During the second day of our stay, the facial soap was not provided, one small towel was missing, plastic bag for the ice bucket was not replaced, table we moved was not returned to its original setting, and extra toilet paper was not provided.

Positives: Front office personnel were very quick correcting the problems I identified.

Negatives: Again, the longer one stays there, the worse the daily cleaning would become.

We arrived at the hotel 1 hour before check-in. We asked for an early check-in, and were accommodated. We went up to our room, which was the largest at the hotel (one of 12, which I learned looking at the evacuation map, by the elevator, which was to scale). In the room there was a nice sized (about 40 inch) flat-screen TV, two queen size beds, a desk, mini refrigerator, microwave, balcony, a nice color scheme, and everything looked clean and new. There was a closet, sink outside the bathroom with hair dryer. The bathroom and shower/tub were nice sized with a quiet fan that ran constantly (you could barely hear it when in the bathroom). The air conditioner/heater operated off of a thermostat that kept the room at the temperature you set it! This is a shortcoming when we stay in hotels, they freeze you out or leave you too warm, not so here we set it and it was perfect. In short I was very pleased with the room. It was fantastic. The lobby was nice with well polished stone flooring; there was a courtyard behind the building with a gazebo, indoor pool and Jacuzzi. The Jacuzzi was clean and hot, but only one jet really blew bubbles. The pool was clean and well chlorinated, but not overly so; the pool was too short to swim laps (less than 30 feet). Plenty of onsite parking, keyed entry into the building except through the lobby, as expected.In short, we had a very pleasant stay, we went out to eat, and my wife and I slept well; at 100.00/night it was a great value!

Positives: Hotel was clean, everything looked new, the staff friendly, nice flatscreen TV, balcony and jacuzzi.

Negatives: Pool was a little short, nice width, but too short to swim laps.

Great experience overall. Rooms are clean and bright with fridge and microwave. Staff is y friendly and helpful. There is a gym, pool, restaurant, free Internet and free parking. Other than annoyance of the poor designed slamming doors, it was very comfortable. I would stay here again.

Positives: It's clean and attractive. Very friendly staff. Has pool and gym even though both are small.

Negatives: Located next to the highway and it's noisy with window open. Bad door system design, you can hear slamming doors all the time in the room.

This hotel functioned for my purposes. I expected no more or no less based on my research prior to my reservation. The lobby was attractive. The staff was friendly. The hotel was clean. The room service, restaurant, and lounge hours were very limited and disappointing. We dined out always, which was inconvenient.

Positives: Cleanliness was superior. Front of the house and back..

Negatives: Temp. control in room unmanageable. Beds hard.

Very good place to stay in Lynnwood, especially for business travelers. place also family friendly. although located at the highway, no noise problem at all. restaurant selection a little poor but great places to eat next door.

Our key locked us out of our room. Asked the maid to let us in. She said we would need to wait so she could call the front desk to confirm our name was registered to that room. Impressed that she practiced safety and was cautious, yet courteous.

Very friendly staff, with a good location next to a big mall and movie theaters. The hotel was very clean and the pool. Hot tub area is a pleasant experience.

Positives: The staff was helpful and very friendly. We needed help a couple of times from different employees and they were very accommodating.

Negatives: Very small bathroom sink vanity, and the TV placement was too low and at a bad angle hanging in on a bracket higher on the wall would allow both.

The location is close to Lynnwood mall and the highway entrance making it a very convenient stop. The staff at the front desk is friendly, but the coffee in the lobby was terrible. The microwave and big LCD TV were a nice bonus to the room.

Positives: Big LCD TV and microwave in room, very spacious.

Negatives: Bathroom needed more/better hooks for putting clothes while showering. Free coffee in lobby was not very good.

Definitely a clean hotel with very friendly staff. I liked the free WiFi and in room refrigerator. It was a bit of a drive 20 minutes to downtown Seattle, and traffic can be horrible on a commute. Plenty of restaurants and a major mall nearby. Not bad for a leisure traveler.

Positives: Free WiFi, close to major mall &amp; restaurants.

Negatives: Water leaked in through AC on carpet, loud refrigerator.

The hotel staff was friendly, cleanliness of the common areas and room. The location, back was the major interstate highway, was one drawback. Also, next door is a veterinary hospital which had staff walking dogs at night in the parking lot, so there was barking that woke us from our sleep. The messiness of the pool deck (the result of wet towels strewn about) with no staff to attend, was inconsistent with he rest of the spotlessness of the rest of the hotel. Despite the drawbacks, I would return to this hotel again.

Positives: Helpful at front desk check in. Great lounge. Hotel and room are spotless clean.

Negatives: Pool area needs a depository (basket, bin, etc.) for the placement of wet pool towels.
