Our room was great with an extremely comfortable king bed and plenty of space for computer work. The staff was friendly and the hotel was easily accessed from the highway without the accompanying highway noise. We felt we certainly got our money's worth.

Positives: Exceptionally comfortable bed.

Negatives: Noise from the air conditioner was a bit disturbing.

The location for my purposes was great, several restaurants close by including the one on site. The staff was friendly but not extremely helpful. When I checked in they had me booked with one king sized bed. Since I was traveling with my adult son I requested a room with two beds.

Positives: The location was very good.

Negatives: The water in the shower would not get past just warm.

Clean, convenient location, easy to hear to hear through walls. Noisy housekeeping. Check out time is nice, 12noon, although impossible to sleep past 8am when housekeeping started down the hall. The Privacy Please sign was not honored, housekeeping still woke me by knocking on the door.

Positives: The location is good. it's clean.

Negatives: It was very difficult to sleep past 8am, the housekeeping was very noisy in the hallway as the privacy please was not honored. Someone still knocked.

Right next to the freeway, but no freeway noise. I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the rooms/hotel. The restaurant in the hotel was too pricey for us, but there was a Shari's just a few buildings down.

Positives: Nice little coffee shop in the lobby.

Negatives: Pool was outdoors & spa was closed.

Overall it was a very pleasant stay. The renovations completed since I was there last year are great. The rooms look very nice. The new coffee bar, a Northwest-based franchise called Tully's, is great, and the young lady who worked at the coffee shop was very helpful and friendly. I still can't believe that after the renovations, they have not added an elevator or a business center with a lone computer/printer combo that business travelers can use to print boarding passes. To be such a nice place, I was very surprised that the hotel did not have these two things.

Positives: Comfortable beds, friendly staff, great coffee shop (Tully's).

Negatives: No elevator or business center.
