We are close to the Columbia and next to the Kalama River so there is water for every type of boating and fishing. We are also very close to Mt. St. Helens, a must see, for those who have not yet had a chance to visit the interpertive centers. Plus we are not far from the Pacific Coast, Long Beach and other interesting sites. We are 45 minutes from Portland. Remember that the Rose Festival in the Spring is a must to see. We are also only two and one half hours from Seattle (The Emerald City) and the Farmers Market, Space Needle and other renowned sites.
